I like to say that Dally eventually ran away from New York and moved to Tulsa (gotta include sad orphan Dally) so he doesn’t know what’s going on with his dad and all.

So like these half siblings moms are dead so they would stay with their dad. Uhm this is gonna sound insane but I like to say their dad is abusive so one day one of the kids got mad and killed him. So yeah, because that means that the police show up. They proof it was self defense.

But they need a new guardian and place to stay. So cue Dally. The police lowkey just show up and hand these kids to Dally and leave.
