I know people who complain about “wokeness” and “DEI” in games and movies are likely a vocal minority but real shit how do those people exist at all?? Like surely they weren’t actually playing the video games they claim to have been “better” back in the day, right? Like GTA 6 “going woke” for having a female protagonist when one of the most popular games in the series has a black protagonist? Ciri from the Witcher looking like a man (she doesn’t) because a very specific facial expression she made as a ,and this cannot be emphasized enough, fighter? Dragon age??? I really need yall to be fr with dragon age you didn’t even play the past games of the gay stuff is where you draw the line. Going outside has gotta be so scary for these people honestly. The internet is really good at created these little isolated bubbles because go woke go broke has never been a thing, and will never be a thing because the games being complained about either arent “woke” or have gone “woke” for a reason because companies realized targeting only one specific audience for everything is poor marketing. Welcome to the real world where people who aren’t straight, white men play video games and would like to play as someone who isn’t generic straight white man with average and average voice #1267599. Like actually go outside and touch grass, does wonders for the psyche.

Infinity Nikki release, big day for people who felt this post

It’s kind of a shame how disrespected female targeted media is. Shoujo and Josei manga rarely get accurate or complete adaptations when compared to their shounen and seinen counterparts. Female targeted shows are more likely to get those “dark, gritty, and adult” adaptations as though anything girly or fun isnt worth investing in. It’s such a shame to see female audiences treated as an afterthought, especially considering how beneficial it would be from a marketing and production standpoint to have a more diverse audience invested in a product

The situation is catastrophic now in Gaza after the heavy rain and winds this week. Did you know that families in Gaza are sheltered only by some pieces of nylon and that the cold is very severe? My family is suffering from severe cold.

There is no shelter to protect them from the bitter cold. Their help will save my family’s lives from starvation and may help them flee Gaza soon after the crossings are opened soon.

I know that most of you are desperate and bored of constantly asking us for help. But how many times do you see the world and governments that did not look at us with mercy?

Fantasy so good it sends into a spiral in search of more fantasy that scratches the itch. actually i love growing older and learning how i work as a person like realizing what kinds of fabrics feel best on my skin or what brand of yogurt i like best or how I want to be touched. watching myself change, enjoying brussel sprouts when I used to hate them as a child, understanding why I got angry in that one conversation 10 years ago… there are so many mysteries inside me that i have yet to unravel and there will always be more and sometimes i think maybe its all worth it
