Hello i have comprised an ESSAY below

So throughout time, people compare themselves and their relationships to other people or characters. Some examples may be: Romeo and Juliet, Bonnie and Clyde, Mickey and Minnie. But today, we’re diving into the famous BatJokes (Batman x Joker), specifically the Lego Movie variant.

The original BatJokes is somewhat darker and sinister than the Lego Variant, which in contrast is far more lighthearted. The Lego BatJokes is obviously from a kids movie, making their dynamic less serious and more silly.

To start, the plot of the movie literally revolves around these two. Quick Disclaimer, I haven’t watched the movie in a hot movie so take what I say lightly & feel free to correct me. It starts off with Joker and Batman at their usual antics, but somewhere down the line Joker points out their dynamic, how they “need” eachother; batman replies with a “I don’t do relationships.”

Joker later surrenders himself and puts Batman in a depression, as he didn’t just lose Joker, he lost part of himself and what he does — save Gotham. This is significant to Batman’s character as it shows despite his cool, brooding character, he depends on Joker.

As for Joker, he needs Batman’s attention, wanting Batman to declare him his “greatest enemy.” However, due to the complicated nature of their relationship, Batman could never admit anything along the lines.

Now, how does this relate to soupiestzilla and heyguysijusthereforawesome? Well, to start, the complexity of their relationship mirrors much of the Lego Batjokes’ lighthearted frenemy dynamic. Frequently declaring divorces and arguing over petty things, it rings a bell to our previous relationship dynamic.

Although we aren’t here to declare that their relationships are similar, we want to know who mirrors who.

To start, there are various qualities that could point out that soupiestzilla and Batman are most similar. To start, soupiestzilla’s blog banner represents a picture of Batman, captioned: “Sorry I didn’t reply, I was too busy saving Gotham.” This easily connects Zilla’s identity to Batman’s, making it easier to relate the two.

However, it’s not just the blog itself, Zilla’s mannerisms such as staying up late or doing things by herself are incredibly similar to Batman, who has a strong attitude about these things. There are also personal attributes of Batman that soupiestzilla may relate to herself.

Now Lego Joker is violent and destructive, which can easily be connected to heyguysijusthereforawesome if anyone has EVER played a single roblox match with her. However, Joker is not just violent and destructive to be evil, but also an insecure psychopath; taking a good look at the heyguysijusthereforawesome blog will also tell you that Jarvis is an insecure psychopath too!

Now, in conclusion, I think that soupiestzilla and heyguysijusthereforawesome are a good representation of Lego Batjokes’ complex and unhealthy relationship, as Zilla represents Batman and Jarvis represents Joker.
