Happy Friday! New friends, let me tell you who I am...so you get to know a little bit of who’s behind the scenes... My name is VersAnnette. Born in the 70s. My parents Versie & Annette got creative, and I’m definitely a blend a both of them. 💛 I’m an Artist (abstract painter/poet), Author, Facilitator and Public Speaker. Ultimately I’m an educator who uses her story and wisdom to shine a light on healing in various ways. 🧡 I’m an energy healer, yoga teacher in training @breatheforchange , massage therapist, and social worker with plans to finally finish my MSW degree in the next few years. ❤️ I’m a wife and mama to two beautiful young adults(19 yr old daughter & 21yr old son). I’m in disbelief how fast the time of raising kids as a single mama went. 💚 In 2017, I lost my youngest brother to suicide. Life has been quite the ride since then. I’m writing a book about my journey with grief, sudden diagnose of mental illness (bi-polar disorder, anxiety) and what has helped me heal.
