Depends on your style, honestly. I like the elements for almost everything. I get a lot done by burning shit. Blowing on shit. Burying shit. If you're planetary minded, could lean into a petition to Jupe, or alternatively, Saturn, to go at it from the opposite direction. If you have a specific place in mind, could put the root on the hiring manager, encourage flakiness in your competition, or a reverse glamour to just make them come off as less desirable. "find a job" spells are a dime a dozen. Maybe get a little creative editing it for the specific situation, specific ideals for the job, etc. And that's to say nothing of the usefulness of petitioning other Gods.

Might try Minerva if you're especially handy, want something crafty, etc. Mercury/Hermes is always a good shout where any kind of communication or information seeking is required, could ask specifically just to be put in touch with more opportunities. If you're into saints, and in a hurry, could go to saint expedite, I know a lot of people, myself included, that have got good results through petitioning him. If you're feeling folksy, could just slip some catnip or basil into your left shoe. Or you could go ham and engineer a domination working to get people around you to keep your jobhunt in mind and work to see your goal completed as if it were their own. *i* probably wouldn't do that, myself, I like to be pretty precise and cast the littlest most unobtrusive spell possible for the goal, but it really depends on what you like, what *you're* like, and where your boundaries are, tbh. It's a very general want, so you're pretty spoiled for choice in how to actually go about it, spellcraft wise. Some taglock or representation for the type of job you want would likely be a good idea, if only as a link or a focus to bind to.

Most beginner spellbooks will have at least one "find a job" spell in their pages, so, if you're flying completely blind, literally anywhere is a fine place to start looking for something that smells like it would work. if you're a beginner and not sure how to tell what you'd want to do or not do, let your sensibilities be your guide.

As for finding good spells and info for them, there's no harm in trying different avenues and if you can't yet discern by coming into contact with them which spells would be something you could work effectively, pay attention to any strange sensations and impressions. I imagine they're different for everyone, but there are often tells when a working is particularly vibey. in my case, for instance, when I read or hear of a spell that has very strong potential of being one I could work effectively, my elbows tingle, weird as that is, so watch out for stuff like that, and write down anything that seems to illicit a strong response from your system.
