For all those who complain about explicit “smutty” books or smut in fic in general:

Just be aware that a bill has been introduced in Oklahoma’s state senate (SB 593) that would make writing/publishing/owning an explicit romance book a felony.

So, when you come on here to espouse your “anti pro-ship” nonsense, or moan about how hard it is to find fics/art/books that aren’t “smutty” — know that this is the effect. You are being used as mouthpieces to help feed and perpetuate censorship. There is no room for censorship in fiction because it will never stop at what you deem morally “right”. It is about control and the restriction of speech. Your discomfort with sex in media does not make it wrong, and it certainly doesn’t mean you get to advocate for its restriction.

Do not be pawns in the far-right’s game. Do not call yourselves allys of any kind if you are willingly feeding into a pillar of far right extremism. It will not stop where you think it “should.”

If you want your memory or executive function to improve, stare out a window at the skyline or sidewalk or trees or birds on the electrical wires for like 20+ minutes per day. (With no other stimulation like a podcast or TV if you can manage but hey baby steps innit). If you're fortunate enough to have safe outside with any bits of nature, go stare closely at a 1 meter square of grass and trip out on the bugs and shapes of grasses and stuff.

Literally this will make you smarter. Our brains HAVE TO HAVE this zone out time to do important stuff behind the scenes. This does not happen during sleep, it's something else.

Stalker!Tim is great and all, but what about stalker!Kon ??

Give me a Kon who finds out Tim’s secret identity WELL before Tim reveals it him. Give me a Kon who knows every patrol Tim ever goes on, every class he’s enrolled him- scratch that, every person he sits next to in class, every small interaction he ever has ever.

Give me a Kon who matches Tim’s obsessive nature. Tim has a plethora of knowledge about what others are up to at all times, and it’s not a secret that the Bats keep tabs on the other heroes, and the idea bugs Kon. He doesn’t like Tim at first, doesn’t get along with the absolute prick- so Kon taps into his own knowledge waiting at his fingertips, using his telescope vision and super hearing to keep tabs on Tim.

Payback, he calls it. Preventative, in case Tim ever gets dirt on him.

And of course, because they’re them, it quickly gets out of hand and uncomfortable for everyone around them, namely the young justice team. It’s so obvious how obsessed with eachother they both are, and yet neither of them seems to realize or acknowledge it

Really desperately need fics of izuku in college. Like, it would be so fascinating to see how he would interface with civilian life and how his classmates and teachers would interact with him. Dealing with his trauma and adjusting to not being around people who fought a war like him.

And I need side kick kacchan to come visit him on his days off. Have him drop into lectures and bring izuku bentos and stuff. Having izuku's classmates comment and speculate about their relationship and why explosion hero GEMG DynaMight is helping him study and lets izuku call him a cutsie nickname 😭😂

Just them being stupid pining idiots together while izuku deals with writing essays on child psych and teaching pedagogy. I need it so bad.
