It had been a long day, and you were sprawled out on the couch, mindlessly scrolling through your phone. You were just trying to turn your brain off for a bit when the doorbell rang, cutting through the quiet. You groaned loudly, making sure whoever was on the other side could hear your clear displeasure. With a dramatic sigh, you dragged yourself to the door and opened it, surprised to see Soonyoung standing there.

Your eyes widened. What the heck? You had just been telling him how busy he'd be with Booseoksoon's promotions and the upcoming tour. He'd promised he wouldn’t have time to visit this week.

"The fuck?" you mumbled groggily, and Soonyoung let out a soft giggle.

He grinned, stepping past you as he gently turned you around. “I can’t believe my own girlfriend isn’t happy to see me,” he teased, dramatically pouting. You rolled your eyes, trying to hide the smile creeping onto your face.

“Hey! You’re the one who said you’d be busy! I had already made plans to go to sleep all lonely, alone!” you shot back, matching his dramatic tone.

“Wow, so it’s my fault now, huh? Well, lucky for you, I’m here now,” he replied with a playful chuckle, rummaging through his bag.

Curious, you leaned in to see what he was pulling out. He grinned, dramatically pulling a pack of ramen from his bag.

“I brought ramen!” he announced.

You gasped, immediately getting up and snatching one of the packets from his hands. "Hey, why are you more excited about the ramen than me?" he whined, but you didn’t answer. You were already lost in your excitement.

"I'm hungry," you muttered, practically glowing at the sight of the ramen.

Soonyoung smiled at your enthusiasm and wrapped his arms around your neck, pulling you into a hug from behind. You tried to wriggle away, but his touch was too comforting.

“I still want the ramen though!” you said, laughing as you melted into his embrace.

Eventually, you both ended up in the kitchen, making the ramen together, Soonyoung still clinging to your back like a koala.

Later, as you both sat down on the couch, quietly eating, Soonyoung slurped down his noodles in no time. You were still taking your time when you felt his eyes on you. You turned to him, cheeks full, and swallowed quickly.

“Do I have something on my face?” you asked, mouth still half-full.

He laughed, his gaze softening. “I missed you,” he said, eyes locked on yours.

You smiled and placed your bowl on the coffee table, leaning into him as he wrapped his arm around your neck. “I missed you too…” you murmured quietly, but he immediately perked up, his face lighting up with joy.

“Hm? What? What did you say?” He gently pushed you down onto the couch so you were lying face-to-face, holding you in place. His fingers hovered near your sides, ready to tickle you if you tried to escape.

You tried to squirm away, but he had you pinned. Once he calmed down, he rested his head on yours, and you snuggled into his chest, both of you settling into a comfortable silence.

After a moment, Soonyoung spoke again, his voice softer. “Sorry I haven’t been around much... I really missed you. I want to be with you, but I’ve just been so busy. I’m really sorry.”

You shifted, looking up at him, and cupped his face with your hands. “Soonie, you don’t need to apologize. I get it. Seriously, you're the best.”

He smiled at your reassurance, but then his face turned playful. He raised a hand and pinched your cheek hard. “Ahhh, I love you so much!” he whined, and you screamed in protest, trying to escape his grip.
