i don't know if anyone reads the longer posts i make, so i'm going to try to keep this short and hope that it encourages more people to read.

these kids are zaen and yahya. they're kindergarteners. they were really excited to start school but i don't think it needs to be said what happened afterwards. now they're trying to help their parents collect necessities in gaza.

i'm not going to write paragraphs appealing to the humanity of those reading it. i know it exists. instead i'm just going to tell you about the family and their goals.

this is the shehab family.

zaen and yahya's father is mohammed @mohammedfamily-blog; their mom is @hyamshehab92 who has reached out to me a few times.

their previous fundraiser was shut down; they lost all the money they'd been able to raise and are now trying to start over.

they have been vetted by 90-ghost here and are #127 on the gazavetters spreadsheet.

evie's room is a boho-inspired hub of creativity and curiosity, mixed with hues of purple, orange, and mint. the messy floor and scattered notebooks might seem typical for a t(w)een, but every crumpled page hints at her latest mystery. as the leader of the midnight society, evie thrives on piecing together secrets—often uncovering more than she bargained for. evie's always one clue away from trouble....

notes: i wanted a room that felt lived in with a lot of color to reflect evie's creativity and messy personality. also took inspiration from cassie's room in uncharted 4. see image inspo below the cut.

honestly adore this room so much, i'm thinking of doing a time lapse of photos to show how evie's room changes as she grows up into a teen. she's still a child in my current gp and i feel like room leans more teen right now.
