The boys had beaten each other bloody, Endo had done unfortunate things, frightening things, unforgivable things, and yet some part of Sakura's heart couldn't help but beat faster as he saw the passion that filled the other boy when they had fought. The way his eyes filled with obsession when he talked about Takiishi Chika and how he had set all of this up for Takiishi to fight Umemiya.

The way Endo looked at Sakura, his pupils dilated, filled with a fire of desire...Sakura had never seen anyone look at him like that before, the forbiddeness of it, the wrongness of it, the bad things that Endo had done, it should have squashed this feeling. Sakura's body shivered with...something he couldn't put a name on. But he knew he wanted more of it. Wanted to hold it close and carry it in his chest.

The two watched Umemiya and Takiishi fight on the rooftop, the battle only stoking the fire growing in Sakura. The heat of desire almost overwhelmed him as he watched Endo help Takiishi.

So it was inevitable that when Endo, carrying Takiishi on his back, walked toward Sakura, he could do nothing but grab the older boy's arm.

It felt like the ongoing loudness of the world fell silent, with only the fall of raindrops breaking it. Sakura felt three pairs of eyes on him, but he couldn't back out-no he wouldn't back out. The rain did nothing to cool his heated skin, did nothing to dampen the fire inside him.

Sakura looked up into the dark sky, his eyes open to the vastness of the galaxy above him, he was but an atom in this universe, but even still he knew his world would change soon.

"One night." He began finally looking into Endo's eyes. "You can have me for one night."

Oh, how Sakura wished he could bottle up the raw emotions crashing through Endo's widened eyes.
