Taking action authentically with what aligns with who we really are. That's where consistency and commitment lies. As some of you are aware, I mentor and work with a charity called the @100bmol to bring about positive change within the Black community through Mentoring, Education, Health & Wellness and Economic Empowerment. We've been doing this since 2001. 19 YEARS. Not for a hashtag, or for a trend, for the authentic work that is a consistent need expressed by our community. 🤝🏾 I'm glad to say I was a mentee on the award winning mentoring programme as a boy. The gems left within me have made a significant difference and continue to do now as I grow and develop continually as a man.
