Leaders have the role of a developer. They are responsible how their people turn out to be. Their passion to their people’s development demonstrates their values and principles. If leaders are only after tasks, jobs and assignments, they lack the awareness of the bigger picture.
For leaders to be great at what they do, they must put their main focus on others and dedicate time and energy to bring others to the role of leadership. They can do that by closely mentoring and building others around them. They should be the one to care about their people’s development more than anyone else.

Leadership Guide:
Leading with intent is a way of life than it is a one time engagement to manifest your leadership capabilities. It is a decision you make each day and every day to be a better person in all grounds where you expect others to be good at. It is an intention aligned with your action and purely connected with your core values. It is a personal journey to discover yourself and your attributes as a leader. It is your ability to take this guide and convey it in your terms to bring about a real social, enterprise or personal change in your life.

Living with intent.
It is very simple. Go straight to the mirror, look in the person who is looking back at you and ask him or her, “what is your intention in this world?” That intent, one that comes from the most genuine part of you, your heart and soul, will tell you your real intent.
