hello everyone! my name is solaris, and this will be my blog for documenting my journey through writing books for the very first time. let me tell you a little bit about myself and the projects i'm working on!

my name is solaris avion (pen name), and i'm an audhd adult who uses they/xe pronouns. i've been creating characters my entire life but only recently have started the process of turning them into books. i look forward to sharing them with you!

this blog will be updates, musings, even doodles from time to time. for the time being, it will likely be a bunch of aesthetic posts or posts to tag as books/characters. i'm hoping to build confidence and an active audience of people who are interested in what i create - myself included!

HOME NOT FOUND

BAT OUTTA HELL - [Collaborative work] Salem Van Buren Blackwell is stuck. Stuck in his hometown, stuck as the only goth trans kid at school, and stuck in what he wants out of life. That is, until he gets the amazing idea to resurrect a vampire on Halloween night as a last-ditch effort to leave his crappy town and be whisked away to a fancy castle and live out his fantasies of being a sexy vampire count's right-hand man. Luckily for Salem, this works! Unluckliy for Salem, the guy that pops out of the dirt is Vance Vale, a teenager from 1957 who isn't too cool with the whole "vampire" thing. Salem and Vance have to fit into and get through school until they can figure out how to turn Vance back into a human, all while a group of vampire hunters hiding right beneath the town's nose have their eyes on them. The clock is ticking - both before they get caught, and before Vance's need for blood becomes a problem that neither of them know how to deal with in the long run.
