Forever Royal?

Ahh it’s been a while since I’ve watched the show. Thanks to opportunities I wasn’t able to catch up on few episodes since the last post I made. While it’s not out yet I might as well watch the remaining episodes until... well.. see what good would come in this final one...

Recovering from inactivity after Chinese New Year. A Hero for the Hoodwinks 

-Clover tries to become a hero so he can get praises and rewards, like pies -The Hoodwinks try to find Princess Sofia, so they brought Clover to the Mystic Isles -Different Wee Sprites -The Wee Sprites were tricked, only to be invited by the Rompkins -You can’t be a true hero just because for the rewards. -The Badger birds were captured and sent away to the isle of Magical Birds.

In Cedric We Trust

-Some more Roland-Cedric ship, and childhood memories -Some more Wormwood, now completely fed up with Cedric going soft -Dunwiddie Museum -Prisma and Twitch sneaking -Cedric tries to gain Roland’s trust but failed -Wormwood overhearing the evil plans. I knew Wormwood would betray Cedric... -Wormy had to steal part of the Wicked Nine - the Evil Queen’s crown (that actually has powers) in order to join Prisma -Good song with Sofia and Cedric, to remind of Roland and Cedric’s childhood -Cedric vs Wormwood -When Cedric said “The Crown is Mine” Roland and Sofia’s trust broken again -Sofia spots Prisma, Twitch and Wormwood and they battle 3v3 -The villains flee with the crown, but Sofia and Roland forgive and trust him again after Cedric saves Sofia from the fault

The Birthday Wish

-Sofia’s birthday but episode is aired in January instead of October -New song, new dress stained by Clover -More Madame Collette and Baileywick -Ruby and Jade return again -Vivian helps set up Sofia’s party and Crackle has hiccups -James gives Sofia a toy coach but flies away, Crackle has trouble with the hiccups and the balloons -The party ruined especially after the father-daughter dance with the cakes all over the floor -Tizzy returns since Season 2! -Sofia unintentionally wishes for an everyday birthday (unless she’s truly happy) -Next days were all over just like the beginning of Shrek Forever After -Sofia remembers the mistakes, still screws up, and finally fixes them after 37 times -Sofia realizes she’s still stuck... the spell will be lifted only when she’s truly happy -Finally on the 38th day she was grateful despite letting the trouble happen. The spell lifted and it’s raining outside.

The Mystic Isles: A Very Mystic Wassailia

- Finally another Wassailia episode since season 2. - A big Wassailia race throughout the Mystic Isles - Sofia has a gift prepared for Chrysta but was cut through by Vega’s alerts - Skye returns - Elfalfa and Elfabetty. He kinda reminds me of Oaken. - Rompkins had returned - After fixing all the problems Chrysta had to leave and celebrate Wassailia herself - Chrysta admits she doesn’t have a family - Sofia plans to bring everyone around to surprise Chrysta

Season 5...

Tfw you realize there’s no news about renewing the series for fifth season and I’m afraid if the show will end. Pocahontas is the only remaining princess in the Disney official lineup, right? After all Anna and Elsa don’t count.

The Great Pretender

-Prisma and Twitch on a sneaky adventure to Royal Prep -Merlin as a guest teacher -Animal helpers... series goes Harry Potter -Archimedes! -Prisma tries to get through the passageway-- but needs the dragon fire which Sofia and Clover will make -Jasper, Freedo, Praline and other animals appear after old episodes other than Robin and Mia -Tryouts, clover can’t recognize the ingredients- which he needs to take lessons from Wormwood -Twitch disguised as a weasel, Sofia rejects him, helps Clover instead -Wormwood’s song -Clover trys out again, Twitch had the chance but failed to get the fire -Finally at Royal Prep, did the same thing but Twitch succeeded and rushed to Prisma -Prisma and Twitch escape again with the necessikey, but at least the spindle is safe

The Mystic Isles: The Falcon’s Eye -Kai returns since “The Bamboo Kite”. -Necessikey. Why do they make such puns these days... -Prisma and Twitch the shapeshifting thief -The Locket of Vor -The Wicked Nine were from Disney Villains -Chrysta insists she doesn’t need help until Twitch came and stole the eye -Good song -Twitch escaped and stole the necessikey -Prisma escapes, Chrysta and Sofia retreat to Vega for safekeeping the eye

Pirated Away

Exams done, new episode lately -Cloudless Sea -Meteor Shower -Queen Miranda, Amber, Sofia on a ship quest again -Pirates who don’t understand fluent english? -The Golden Maid -Cool song, but not like You are a Pirate -Swordfish attack -They find the golden maid and Amber finally sees the meteor shower

Too Cute to Spook -Cordelia still wears her wig? -Callista in her giggling goblin costume -Sofia in her griffin costume -Lily, Indigo and Lucinda appear again from Cauldronation Day -Indigo is still a bitch -Mr. P returns from One for the Books, also Sir Dax from Ghostly Gala -Song is good. Calista had to impress the witches.  -Sofia’s face tho

Ivy’s True Colors -Deep Sleep spreads throughout the Ever Realm -Sofia and Whatnaught teleport to a black and white island, doesn’t look like an island prison to me -Princess Ivy returns, this time she really needs help -Roma the skunk -Her butterflies are needed for the Wakey Up Daisies -Brief Miss Nettle vs Princess Ivy -Ivy never realized she has feelings, thus another feelings song duet with Sofia -Ivy frees the butterflies and repollinate the daisies -Whatnaught and Roma cured -cool sunglasses, and throne -Ivy becomes good and became friends with Miss Nettle

Princess Jade -Ruby and Jade finally return after season 3 hiatus -Jade and Amber swap to go to Royal Prep and Dunwiddie Academy -Jade had a good time, Amber wasn’t able to learn anything at first -Flora’s first appearance in s4, and few other characters -New character Miss Candoo -Jade’s new glasses. Megane lovers intensifies -The drawing is actually made by Frederica Assemblia, not meant that she is related to Jade, thus she’s still not a princess -The clap from Four’s a crowd

Through the Looking Back Glass -Cordelia and Calista return from Gone with the Wand -Pretty sure Calista sounded different now -King Roland I, Young Tilly and Roland II. Roland I still voiced by Willingham -the Looking Back Glass is similar to Tom Riddle’s Diary -Young Cedric’s hair before Greylock’s prank -Cedric and Cordelia only started the rivalry because of her original hair, turns out to be green and spiky -Another cool rival song -The incident is probably why everyone does not like or trust Cedric even before the series began -I was expecting the castle would shrink from outside -The sibling rivalry finally lasted after she learns about the smoke serum -Cordelia’s original hair never changed but remained gorgeous imo

The Mare of the Mist

-Minimus’ first appearance in s4! -Skye’s rivalry with him reminds me of This Means War starring Witherspoon -Minimus sings again + another rival song -You can’t choose your friends otherwise the Mare will refuse to give you her mane for the Whichwaybow -I thought the mane was like Galadriel from Lord of the Rings -The hawks are neutrally hostile -Minimus becomes protector steed in the Everrealm and Skye in the Mystic Isles.

The Royal Dragon -Sofia’s cute dragon disguise. -Roast ‘n toast takes place somewhere in Brazendell -Few of the palisade dragons return, with new ones, including Sizzle, Crackle’s childhood rival -Sizzle stealing Crackle’s spotlight is annoying sometimes -Good rival song tho -Sir Oliver returns again -His laugh tho -Sizzle’s loud voice reminds me of “The Song” from You Don’t Mess With The Zohan -Sofia can blow little fire, cute tho

The Mystic Isles: The Princess and the Protector spoilers.  -Sofia’s in a new winter outfit this time -The enchantlet looks like a watch and also has a magical lasso -Chrysta the Mayfairy was so bad at training her at first -The cat-dragon wasn’t necessary violent as Jade Jaguar. Doesn’t speak too. -The collar might be the “fidget spinner” for calming the animals down

The Mystic Isles spoilers! -Part of the Secret Library again, this time, Amber discovers a new passageway. -Sofia’s lead character syndrome when Amber complains why she’s not magical -More unicorns for Amber to see. Now where oh where is Lyra? never seen her since S02E01 -Prisma is the actual antagonist, not Azurine -Skye is cute, too unicorny like the old generations of MLP. -The Rompkins are gigantic and childish but Amber and Sofia taught them manners -Prisma’s song is lit af -Amber admits she’s a spoiled brat thinking about herself and her song is touching -Ming Na-Wen returns since her role as Mulan in Princesses to the Rescue
