Take care of your skin. Be sure to exfoliate and moisturize. Brush your teeth before bed and floss. Go to the dentist. Set all of your appointments actually. Go get tested. For everything. Go and get blood work done. Put only good things in your body and that includes the people you are sexual with. Be intentional with your time. Don’t spare any with people who you know deep down don’t really deserve it. Cut those lingering indecisive people out of your life. Keep your hair done. Buy things for your home that make you feel better. Clean your house. Clean the shit out of your house. Redecorate. Pick up hours at work. Read. Study. Try your best to be happy. I love you. 🌻

yes I have quite a few that I’ve shared before!
Confidence 𝘛𝘪𝘱𝘴: 🎀
Be yourself. And if you’re still trying to figure out who that is, engage in hobbies and activities that you enjoy. Find what your calling is and you’ll learn a lot about who you are.
Read self improvement books, watch Ted talks & listen to podcasts.
Learn from others, take notes and educate yourself. Build your craft. I find myself feeling on top of the world when I test my capabilities.
Surround yourself with people who uplift and carry the same positive energy as you.
Pamper yourself! Get dressed up even on days when you aren’t doing anything.
Invest in clothing that compliment your body.
Upgrade your sleep and lounge wear. I love how I feel in silk robes and lingerie.
Take days off. Spoil yourself to a nice self care day. Nails, hair, massage, coffee, lashes, eyebrows. Do whatever makes you feel and look more beautiful.
Repeat your self affirmations 7 times! Write them down on a sticky note and stick them to your mirror if you have to.
Release & remove the people who bring you down.
Work out & Exercise!
Acknowledge your achievements and celebrate your accomplishments
Become okay with not being liked by everyone. Loving yourself should always be your main priority.
Don’t seek for outside validation. If your actions aren’t hurting anyone then who’s to say what you could and should not do!
Except your flaws though your creator makes no mistakes.
Stand up straight with your head held high. walk and talk with confidence.
do what brings you pleasure, satisfaction, and fulfillment. put your all into the things you love and enjoy doing.
doing these will help you build confidence. As they did for me on my journey to self love. 💕

• Cold shower for 3 minutes
• Peppermint tea before bed
• Matcha > Coffee
• Daily walks
• Use a gua sha
• Get 8-9 hours of sleep
• 10 minutes of daily stretching
• Take a probiotic in the morning
• Wash hair brush 3-5 times a week
• Read more books
• Try breathwork
• Stop complaining
• Stop gossiping
• Eat mostly whole foods
• Cut out toxic people
• Switch to silk pillowcases
• Say 5 loving things to yourself in the mirror every morning
These are not difficult tasks. If they are difficult for you, you’re not spending enough time with yourself. Put your phone down and get your life together🫶🏻
