Chicago has quite a burgeoning art & music scene, thanks in parts to free events that can be found all over the city. There's a big one coming up on 11/16/2013 called the ChillFest Chicago. It's an acoustic music/art festival in unique venues throughout the Wicker Park and Bucktown neighborhoods in Chicago with a closing event at 6pm at Subterranean!
