The best vegans/vegetarians are those who don’t guilt ya into becoming one of them. The type who, though they don’t agree with eating meat, respect your decision TO eat meat, and don’t think lesser of you. 

Hell, for a few years, I helped my mum out with starting her own farm; chickens, eggs, and veggies. She wants to expand upon it so she doesn’t have to go to the store anymore for the “processed crap”/big company slaughterhouse stuff. She’s worked for the USDA for a long time, so she understands the underbelly of raising animals in big corporate facilities, and the whole meat processing line. She wants to raise her own meat how she wants it to taste without all that chemically treated shit. To treat her animals well and with respect until the day they need to be processed, which she does herself, with her own hands.

Animal welfare; believing animals should be treated well and with respect, but still are a necessity to live.

Animal rights are something completely different.

No matter what you name it, meat was once a live animal with a unique personality who was tortured and slaughtered—just to end up on someone’s plate.

Mine is just over the course of the semester. 2 year AAS program where you write the script, pre-production/shoot, edit, then market it/show it to festivals. I'm sort of in that third stage...kinda lingered from the 2nd stage. Not quite done with the edit yet. X_X it's been a paaaaain. My main thorn in my side right now is color corrections. For homeless gals, period pain is an understatement. Though they bleed regularly, they do not get sanitary towels. They’ve got to RIP UP CLOTH to put between their legs. A period kit (pads, s.t., pain pills) is considered a luxury.

And yet homeless MEN receive things such as razors and condoms for free, and aplenty.
