i just finished Red Dawn (5x05) and looked through the "the mentalist 5x05" tag and ??? I see no one talking about the limo scene??? is it bc spoilers?? I dont wanna be spoiled but wtf was that??

As soon as I saw Agent Shultz calling Minelli I went "oh of course, she's the spy", which is not outwardly confirmed but cmon, everything points that way. And then the camera pans towards the man, whose face looks familiar but I'm bad with faces and I've been binging the show so everything kind of blurs together eventually so idk if we've actually seen him before, and context clues make it look like he's Red John

But would they show RJ this way? Kind of randomly not even with Jane present? I mean, one would think the big reveal of his face would be in a showdown with Jane, so it kinda makes sense if the writers didn't want to be so cliché and decided to show him randomly in the flashback episode (that is, if he even is RJ)

Idk, it just surprised me to see barely any mention of him in the tag, but maybe it's bc it seems most of the posts in the specific chapter tags are from re-watches, so everyone posting there already knows if he is or if he's not RJ
