Sorry for not updating here in ages,  streaming on twitch means i tend to forget to take progress photo’s because i save all the video footage.

If you’r not following me on Twitch here’s what’s been happening.

New armor build started Dark Knight Artorias from Dark souls 1.  I fell in love with this armour when I first saw it while watching the Extra Credits lets play.  So at the same time as playing Dark Souls 3, I’m making this super cool and intricate piece of armor and streaming the whole build.  

Qun’mi True;  I’ve been working on this set since 2011,  and finally there's not much left of the build.  Mostly little details and a couple of more major bits (note the helmet cap isn't attached yet and I’m avoiding making the gloves like the plague)   Hopefully it’ll be finished for PAX Aus but, we shall see.....

Upcoming convention is Pax Aus want to know when I’m on the show floor in costume, follow me at twitter.

Because while I was making the book it reminded me of something Dorian might give the Inquisitor as a present.  And Josie would probably have borrowed his style skills to make inquisition merch to earn that extra gold.

Here’s the first edited photo of the Dragon Age Inquasition shoot we did at Falls Creek over the weekend.   It was so windy so the shoulder bit kept being blown up.  I need to tack it down when i finish the jacket.

(anybody recognize the jacket?  It’s my old Fire Emblem Awakening Transactions jacket.  still needs more modifications but it was allot less daunting than figuring out the gloves in the end)

Been buisy with work but this is really moving allong.  (it’d probably be finished if i wasn’t having trouble getting the gloves to fit correctly)   

the plan is to have this finished for a photoshoot in April at falls creek (the rocky valey dam area espically) since it looks like Dirthavaren and some of the areas in trespasser.  

and my ears arrived so i had to do a full test because i’ve wanted to be an elf since i was a child :D

Working on my Inquisitor Lavellan and decided to do a makeup test.  

I love the shape of the vest :D it’s super elegant.  and i was lucky enough to find the perfect colour suede yesterday for the gloves and boots.  and im making the buttons from sculpy using a mold made from hot glue.  THERES SO MANY OF THEM T-T but they look awesome so its ok.

I’ll do a wright up once i finish it compleetley.  (also need to go buy elf ears )  This is also waaaaaay to hot to ware at this time of year.  Totally doing a photo shoot at falls creak since Halamshiral and Dirthavaren remind me of the high plains so arriving there in game was like coming home,  was odd for me to find a location in a game that reminded me of places i’ve been but really nice to feel at home.

Also, HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! i hope it is wonderfull and filled with amayzing things :)

FINALLY HAD TIME TO WORK ON IT :D

It’s been a hectic 6 months.  I’d hoped to finish this by pax.  But with my final semester of uni then straight into Melbourne Games Week (7 days stright of volunteering with Unite, Gcap and PAX AUS) I didn't have time.   BUT TODAY WAS MY FIRST FREE DAY!  So i did armour stuffs :D  just Arkou, Milo, the socks and shoes to go (oh and style the wig if it needs it...)

If you’ve been following me on Instagram you’d know I’ve been working on Qun’mi’s Helmet mostly recently.  And After 2 years of drafting and procrastinating the hard part is mostly finished :D

I’m so excited and I can’t wait to get my hands on some leather to finish it.  

I’ll do a full write up once it’s all finished

Drafted Qun’mi’s assless chaps.  I need to lengthen them but i’m pretty happy with the draft they'll be stacks of press studs i reckon to hold them in place in the final version and they’ll be longer.  I think i have fabric i can use for them in Melbourne so i’m kinda stuck on what i can do.  should probably go back for a week and get my some stuff to work on.  Then I can finish Pyrrha too.
