ice beam — is your muse usually cold to others? if so, what does it take for them to warm up? if not, what could make them turn cold?

I think Noelle tries her best to be warm and friendly to everyone she meets, she likes to be helpful and most importantly, to stay out of the way, these are traits she picked up while helping her mother at work as mayor, she gets less formal as she gets more comfortable with someone, and she will pretty much immediately warm up to anyone who asks about her games, and if you want her to close off, all you have to do is mock her friends without being at that level of closeness.

water gun — does your muse know how to swim? are they good at it?

Well, she’s on some sort of sports team- I am blanking on the name of it, but it’s the running one; so I imagine she can probably swim decently, like she’s no competitive swimmer but she has enough knowledge to have fun with it, you know?
