When my social battery is at 0 and my executive dysfunction is being a bitch it can feel almost impossible to type out a coherent response to anything.

Let this serve as a reminder to be patient with your friends, especially the neurodivergent ones who may also struggle with executive dysfunction, over stimulation, an unpredictable social battery, etc. Don't assume we are ignoring you because we left you on read, sometimes it just be like that, and in order to take care of ourselves we need to step into the space between reality and the void and reassess our entire lives before we can reply to your messages.
