Travelling With The Stars (Aether x Reader)

"You didn't have to come with me, Y/N." Aether smiled, as you both left the docks of Liyue on The Crux. Ei had invited you to a festival in Inazuma City, a festival to celebrate the abolishment of the Vision Hunt Decree. It was the first one since the decree had been nullified, and the citizens of Inazuma were really excited. "Well, Ei invited me too... Plus there's something I've been meaning to tell you... Raiden Ei... She's my mother." You said. Aether's jaw dropped, and Paimon looked like she was going to faint. "But-but you were part of the Resistance!" Paimon exclaimed. "I know, because I knew my mother's thinking was outdated and twisted. Kujou Sara nearly took my Electro Vision and if you guys hadn't show up, we'll who knows what would've happened.

When the shipped docked in Inazuma, the port was decked out in festival lanterns, ribbons and all sorts. "Wow! I haven't seen people this happy in a long time!!!" You said to Aether. "Neither have I." A familiar voice sounded. You turned around and saw your mother, Ei, standing at the Dock with a rare smile on her face, both Kujou Sara and Yae Miko standing either side of her. Ei opened her arms, ans you immediately ran and hugged her. "I've missed you mother." You blushed, as Yae Miko giggled at the scene. "And I have missed you. How have negotiations between Inazuma and Liyue, progressed?" The Raiden asked. "Nows not the time for politics, now is the time to have fun!" Miko said. Saying farewell to your mother for now, you took Aether's hand and dragged him to the city.

"Festivals in Inazuma have been few and far between when the decree was enforced. I want to show you everything." You said, excitedly. People with Visions were happily walking about, yours was on your left shoulder, embedded in your samurai armour. Aether was laughing as you showed him various things, and traditional festival activities. You bought them tri coloured dangos and some souvenirs. In your heart, you knew you would have to rejoin the army's ranks and say goodbye to the Outlander which made you feel emotional.

Night fell, and the fireworks began exploding into the calm sky. You and Aether sat on a hill just outside the city, and watched. "Aether. I know you'll have to leave soon to continue the search for your sister, but I want you to know that I... I..." Before you could continue, Aether had cupped your face in his hand, and rubbed his thumb on your cheek. There was love in his eyes, and he leaned in. Capturing your lips with his own, you shared your first kiss under the glow of the fireworks. As he pulled back, Aether rested his forehead against yours. "I love you too. Please travel with me, I want you by my side... For eternity." He said.

You couldn't be happier, your heart was filled with joy. Your mother approved your request to journey with Aether, as she knew you'd keep each other safe.

It was time for a new journey to begin.

Stronger Than Any Contract (M4F)

You worked at the funeral parlour, and everyday was full of fun thanks to Hu Tao. She was like a sister to you, and you had worked with her for just over a year. That's why you trusted her with your secret. The fact your heart was taken by a certain consultant.

"Sooooo, any luck asking Zhongli to get a cup of tea with you?" The director asked. You blushed, and turned back to your work. "I-I can't. He's probably in love with the Traveler." You said, not giving your friend eye contact. The truth was Zhongli had been adventuring with Lumine for the month. Who new what happened in that four weeks.

The day was drawing to a close, and you were walking out of the city, as you lived near Wangshu Inn. Your V/T Vision gently glowed on the middle of your belt around your waist, as you walked. You heard the unmistakable grunts of Hilichurls and you drew your weapon. Unfortunately an Abyss Mage was with the group. You had never been up against one before, and it scared you.

"I will have order!" You heard a familiar voice. Zhongli and Lumine rushed over to you. "Are you alright?" Lumine asked, worry in her golden hues and melodic voice. You nodded, fear still on your eyes. "What was that thing? It looked like a deformed rabbit crossed with a bird." You spoke.

Zhongli finished the camp in no time. "Lets get you home, Y/N." He said. Lumine left for the city, leaving you and the former Archon alone. "Do not worry. I'll keep training you. I'm sorry I wasn't with you before that happened." He said. "I'm fine, promise." You smiled.

You got to the Inn, as Zhongli didn't want you to be alone. You both walked up to the top floor, and Zhongli called out for Xiao. The Conqueror of Demons appeared in front of him, bowing his head in respect. "Rex Lapis. Is there something I can do?" Xiao asked. Your jaw dropped. Wait? Zhongli was Rex Lapis? You looked at him, and shook your head to bring yourself back to reality.

"Hang on... You're our Archon?!" You blurted out. Zhongli folded his arms, closed his eyes and sighed. "Yes, but I have retired, so to speak. I did it for someone I find special to me, to protect her." He said. You everted your gaze to the wooden floor. Lumine. You thought. "Thank for bringing me this far. Goodnight, Zhongli." You left before both of them could stop you.

Tears flooded your eyes, as you walked towards the border between Liyue and Monstadt. Your heart felt shattered, knowing there was a ninety nine point nine percent chance it was Lumine, even though the Traveler was your friend.

You sat on the cliff overlooking the Dawn Winery, as the tears began to fall. You loved him, but you knew him and Lumine would be a better match. "Y/N?" You heard Lumine's voice, as she sat next to you.

"Lumine? Why does it hurt? I love him, more than anything, but I know he could never love a mortal like me." You said. Lumine took you in her arms as you wept. "I'll let you in on something. When we camped, Zhongli was always looking at the stars. He always asked whether Y/N was looking at the same stars." Lumine said. You looked at Lumine, trying to find any speck of untruth in her eyes. You found nothing but truth.

You stood up and ran back towards the Inn.

You were out of breath when you reached your destination. You spotted Zhongli leaving, and you called out to him. "Zhongli!" You shouted. The former Archon, looked in your direction and his eyes filled with warmth and relief.

You ran up to him, and he placed a gloved hand on your cheek. "You're safe. Thank Celestia." He said, looking at you. He placed his forehead on yours, closing his eyes. "Dont jump to conclusions. I love you. You were all I could think about protecting when I was helping Lumine. I've always loved you. My heart is yours, and it always will be." He said, as he gently placed his lips on yours.

You kissed him back, wrapping your arms around his neck. The kiss became fierce and hungry, and when you both pulled away, you were out of breath.

"Our bond is stronger than any contract." Zhongli whispered, before kissing you again.

Lumine offered for you to travel with them, and you happily agreed. Being with the two people you cared about most, your friend from another world and your lover was a dream come true.

Donna's Hatred

The news had spread like wildfire about Diluc's proposal to you. Everyone was rejoicing as their uncrowned Prince had found his royal. Not everyone was happy with this news, no. A certain flower shop employee was devastated at the news. Couldn't Diluc see that she loved him more than you did. Well, that was the fantasy going around in her head at least.

You and Diluc entered the city through the main gate, and the wine tycoon had his arm around your waist, as a loving gesture.

Donna was standing in her usual place outside her home when she saw you two. "This isn't fair. Why did he have to propose to someone like them." Donna sighed. Flora looked up at her, after arranging some Cecelia. "Donna, you just have to accept that Master Diluc is in love with Y/N. It's the first time anyone was seen him this happy in years." Flora huffed, nearly having enough of Donna's constant whining.

"Excuse me. I'd like to buy some Cecelia for my future wife." Diluc said, as you and him approached Flora. "Of course. Let me just wrap them up for you." The florist smiled, as she got a bunch ans added red roses free of charge as a congratulations for the proposal. "Thank you. Good day to you both." Diluc said. Donna's eyes began to water as she saw you and Diluc walk off.

She stole him from me! I deserve Diluc not her, and she's going to pay for coming between us! Donna thought, angrily. She hated you, and wanted to be rid of you.

A few days later you found out you were pregnant, thanks to Barbara. You couldn't wait to tell Diluc, but you knew he was working at the tavern so it would have to wait. You had spotted Kaeya on your walk past the Knights of Favonious hq, and he offered to escorted you back to the winery. You politely declined, as you could defend yourself being a former Outrider along with Amber.

"Hi Y/N!" You heard a high voice say. You internally cringed, as you recognised the voice. "Hello Donna. Can I help you?" You asked, plastering a fake smile on your beautiful features. "Yes please. You can break up with Diluc, he and I have been seeing each other these past few days." Donna said. You could see right through her lies, ans you chuckled. "Yeah, no. Nice try, Donna, but you know Diluc is a faithful and loyal man. You'll have to try harder on your manipulative strategies." You said, folding your arms.

Something inside Diluc's fangirl snapped, and she drew a knife. "GIVE HIM BACK!" Donna screeched through tears, as she ran at you swinging the blade haphazardly. Catching her wrist, you disarmed her and placed her on the ground. "Donna, you are under arrest for attempted murder. Anything you say can and will be held against you." You said. Sure you were 9n leave, but the safety of your child came first.

You escorted a crying Donna back the headquarters, and locked her up. "Jealousy is a powerful thing, the only way to surpress it is by accepting what is going on. Your trial will begin in the morning. Goodbye Donna." You said.

News was quickly spread, and Diluc went home as fast as he could. You were in the lounge, sitting in front of a crackling fire. "Y/N! Are you alright?" Diluc asked, as he brought you into his arms, and rubbed your back. "We're fine." You reassured. Diluc pulled away in confusion. "We?" He asked. "We're having a baby, Diluc!" You smiled. Diluc laughed in joy, as tears of happiness rolled down his cheeks. "This is the most wonderful gift. I love you!" Diluc kissed you all over, excited he was going to be a father.

Donna's trial ended up in a fifty year sentence. Never again would she bother you, Diluc or your child.

When they catch you cheating. (Diluc, Kaeya, Zhongli & Childe)

Something had been off about you for days. You were barely in Liyue, always going off on commissions near Wangshu Inn, and being awkward around him when you came back to your shared hotel room. You barely showed him any affection at all nowadays. Enough was enough, he was going to find out what was going on.

You had just set off for a commission near the inn again, so Childe made sure to follow you from a safe enough distance. He didn't want to be caught after all. Childe watched you effortlessly take out a Hilichurl camp, before you headed to the inn. You had a smile on your face, one you had never shown him. Not in a while, anyway.

The Harbinger was getting increasingly suspicious and not to mention angry. He saw you taking the elevator to the top, so he waited until it came back down to take it himself. Everything was screaming at him to kill the one who had stolen you, and he was definitely going to listen to those instincts. He loved you, so what had he done to deserve your possible infidelity? He was snapped out of his thoughts when the elevator came back down.

Once he reached the lobby of the inn, he saw you disappear up the stairs. Childe followed you, noticing you were heading to the very top balcony. There he saw that Conqueror of Demons. What was his name again? Xiao? Something inside Childe snapped, and he summoned his bow.

"So this is where you've been. I had a feeling you were up to something when you barely came home." Childe sighed. Xiao stood in front of you, in a bid to protect you. "I guess this it what happens when you, yourself, abandon the one you're supposed to love." The Adeptus said. He summoned his spear, glaring at Childe. "I suggest you leave. I won't show mercy a second time." Xiao growled. Childe was having none of it and drew his bow, pointing a deady arrow of water your way. "I loved you, Y/N. I truly did." He released the arrow, only for Xiao to block it.

"I'm sorry Childe, but you were the one who didn't have time for me." You said, tears welling up in your beautiful E/C eyes. Childe growled, and he knew he was no match for an Adeptus. For once in his life, he left a fight. "I hope you two are happy together. See ya." With that, he left.

After a long day's work at the Knights of Favonious HQ, you couldn't wait to head over to Angel's Share for a well deserved dandelion wine. Little did you know, a certain red headed male would be working tonight.

You headed in with Kaeya, laughing an joking. He told you to go to your regular seat, tucked away at the back of the tavern. You obliged and headed to it.

"What will it be?" Diluc huffed, not really wanting wanting to serve his brother. "Two dandelion wines. Actually, give us two bottles." The calvary captain smirked. "Tch. Here." Diluc handed Kaeya the bottles, and the blue haired male paid.

Diluc was wondering what was going on. Usually you would sit at the bar when he was working, so this was totally out of character for you. Plus, why were you with Kaeya of all people? The gears in his head turned, as he wondered what was going on between you two.

Taking the opportunity to use the excuse to clear tankards and wine glasses. It was then he saw you and his brother. It angered him and broke his heart at the same time. You and Kaeya were making out with each other, and you were on his lap grinding on him.

"Well. I never suspected my partner to be screwing my brother behind my back." You and Kaeya jumped apart when you heard Diluc's voice. "D-Diluc." You stammered. "I don't want any excuses. I want you out of my house by tomorrow." He said, calmly. Your heart constricted, but Kaeya stepped in. "Your hardly home, with all this vigilante hero bs." Kaeya said, pinning the blame on the red head. "That doesn't mean I'm sneaking off to see someone else, does it?" Diluc snapped. You got off Kaeya, gave Diluc one last look, and headed to Kaeya's room at the knights hq.

He was always off with the Traveler, that's why you sought comfort in his brother's arms. You had felt like you meant nothing to the calvary captain, but it was the complete opposite. Whenever he came to Monstadt with the Traveler, you were the first one he'd seek out. Screw Jean and her need for a debrief. You were more important to him.

When he couldn't find you training, he got worried. You loved to hone your skills, and practice with your V/T (vision type) abilities. So this seemed a little off. He decided to go and see Amber, who was busy talking to Lisa.

"Amber. Have you seen Y/N?" He asked his comrade. Amber smiled and nodded. "Yeah, she was heading in the direction of Dawn Winery. Maybe she went to see Adeline." The Outrider said. You and Adeline were close friends, so it made sense to Kaeya.

When he got to the winery, he asked Adeline where you were. There was a bit of an apologetic look in the head maid's eyes, as she kept her professional composure. "I'm sorry, Sir Kaeya... They're with Master Diluc in his office." The maid said. Kaeya seemed confused about her apology, but shrugged it off.

Diluc was running his fingers up and down your spine, while kissing and sucking on your neck. Elicit moans escaped your lips as you enjoyed his actions. "This is risky, Y/N." Diluc whispered before kissing you. "What's life without a little risk?" You giggled.

"Maybe because there's a chance you'll get caught." Kaeya had opened the door without knocking, looking at Diluc like he wanted to tear him limb from limb. "How could you, Y/N? I trusted you, I loved you. This is how you betray me, by sleeping with Diluc?" He hissed. Diluc rolled his eyes, and held you closer. "You two are perfect for each other. See ya, babe." He spat, before slamming the door and leaving forever.

Work at the funeral parlour had been piling up lately, so Zhongli was home later than usual. At first you didn't mind, but it became more frequent. It made you feel lonely, as you missed his warmth when he came home to cuddle with you. It was then you decided to speak to Childe.

At first it was just friendly meetings for some tea and a light snack, but over time it became something more serious. You felt really guilty, as Zhongli was the perfect gentleman. Anyone would love to have a man like him on their arm, and here you were throwing it all away for a risk taking, battle loving Harbinger.

"Childe, we should stop this before it gets more serious." You said, as Childe held you from behind as you sat in his lap. "I love you, Y/N. If I have to fight a former Archon for you, I will." He said, nibbling on your shoulder. You were in your house, the same one you shared with the funeral parlour's consultant. Things started to get a little heated, and before you knew it, Childe was inside you.

Zhongli had gotten off early for once, and he couldn't wait to see you. "Darling?" He called for you, but there was no answer. Perhaps you were taking a bath. He went upstairs, but he heard moans and the fast creaking of the bed coming from his shared bedroom.

"Dammit, Y/N! I'm gonna cum!" Childe's voice moaned through the door. Zhongli's usual expression turned from his usual stoic one, to a heartbroken one. He heard that moans you had when you came, then walked in.

"So this is your pass time while I'm at work." Childe scrambled off you, and you tried covering yourself. "Zhongli!" You said in surprise, your eyes wide with shock. "I don't know what made you decide to do this, nor do I want to know, but I'll be out of your life from tomorrow. I wish you all the best." With those parting words, the Geo Archon left. What had you done?
