When you get a nice big dumping of fresh snow and you step outside into an infinitely harshly contrasted world and there's no sound because the snow absorbs it all? I believe it fits the traditional use of terrific both wonderful and incredible but also causing a great terror.

But really though. Swerve's plot line in IDW felt so bitter for me because It was supposed to show that Swerve has people who care about him and yet no one wants to share a room with him.

It's like. Yeah you're fun and all, but there's too much of you so imma go live anywhere else.

Also the implication of like....Swerve's body was laying there, and no one noticed until Swerve's hologram collapsed. Which means that not only no one wanted to live with him, no one was visiting him either.

I'm not 100% sure I remember It correctly though. It was some time since I read mtmte.

Incredibly torn between Earthspark Megatron and TFP Megatron for option one😭😭😭

As very different iterations of his character they're both fun directions to play with

Now my favorite overall might be cheating but the IDW iteration of Shattered Glass Megatron. IDK if Shattered Glass really counts, considering how it's explicitly everything all flipped around, but I genuinely enjoy his design and it's interesting to see where he's similar/dissimilar to his other iterations and to baseline Optimus Prime

Anisodactyly

The most common bird-feet formation, with three toes forward and one toe back.  You see this with most perching birds, wading birds, swimming birds, and raptors.

Zygodactyly

A bird-feet formation occurring primarily in parrots.  The middle two toes are forward, and the outer two toes are pointed back.  Birds with these feet tend to spend a lot of time clambering oh-so-gracefully around trees instead of just perching.

Syndactyly

Three toes pointing forward, one back, but the outer and middle forward-pointing toes are fused, because kingfishers.

Heterodactyly

Like the zygodactyly found in parrots, but instead of having the outer toes pointing back, there are two toes pointing back and then two pointing forward.  This only happens in a group known by the weirdly-metal and made-up sounding name of “trogons,” which is basically quetzals, which are weirdly-metal and made-up looking birds.

Pamprodactyly

All four toes pointing forward, because fuck everything.  Found in swifts, because they’re not from this planet.
