Hey there, babes.
We are almost to the end of the journey, so let’s keep going strong. Now that Halloween is two weeks away, the plan will get a bit harder.
Here are your guidelines for week 9 (October 17 - October 23):
Week 9:
•Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.
•Drink a cup of green tea a day.
•Cut down on processed sugar.
•Eat as little dairy as possible.
•Lower your intake of meat.
•Eat at least 5 servings of fruit a day.
•Eat at least one fiber-rich snack a day.
•Do not eat after 7:30 PM.
•Walk or jog 40 minutes three times this week.
•Do 20 minutes of intense cardio twice this week.
4-5 days this week, do:
•2 sets of 115 jumping jacks
•2 sets of 60 sit-ups
•2 sets of 35 crunches
•2 sets of 25 push-ups
•2 sets of 55-second planks
•50-second wall sit
Cutting down on processed sugar, dairy, and meat will give you a flatter, leaner lower abdomen. Also, not eating after 7:30 PM (or whatever time best works for you based on your schedule) keeps you from doing any late night snacking. It also gives your digestive tract a bit of a break.
Please continue eating lots of fruits and veggies so you can keep your body functioning properly.
