Everything looked like it worked perfectly, it said something along the line of "Instillation completed" after I finished the last step, after that it took me to the home menu and I've used the browser exploit for quite some time now and it works just fine, but I require the exploit to run offline sometimes Mostly just at my School's smash club. Type in "cmd" and hit Enter to bring up the command prompt. Into the prompt, type "ipconfig". It will bring up a whole bunch of info. Search for the numbers titled "IPv4 Address.
