✨ How to live like a fairy ✨
~Keep your hair natural and wild. During the summer months, you can make wild flower crowns or adorn your hair with flower petals and daisies.
~Shop for airy, gossamer dresses that you can wear whilst dancing in the forest or while shopping at a flower market. Use a velvet pouch as a purse and keep a few good-luck crystals inside.
~ Makeup essentials include pink plump lips and full rosy cheeks. Use a shimmer powder and glittery eyeshadow to complete your fairy-esque look. Invest in a sparkly body powder to sprinkle over yourself and make it look as if you are a cloud of fairy dust!
~ Go outside and explore the woods barefoot. Bring your favorite book along to read in the meadow or while nestled in a willow tree. Pack a wicker picnic basket and find a peaceful spot to eat your breakfast/lunch.
~ Plant a garden filled with honeysuckles, strawberries, sunflowers, and rosemary. Go berry picking in the summer and go apple picking in the fall. You can use the fruits to make pastries, preserves, or to eat plain!
~Decorate your room with fairy lights, tea candles, floral garland, and succulents. Keep your windows open on sunny days and use an essential oil diffuser to perfume your room with the aroma of lavender. Hang a tulle bed canopy above your bed to add to the whimsical aesthetic.

A fun game with mommy
I pretend to be a pupper and have a bone with me. Then I pretend to sleep and mommy sneaks up on me and takes it and hides it somewhere. Then I wake up and see it’s gone and mommy sings “doggie doggie who’s got your bone somebody stole it from your home” and I has to find the bone!! It’s super super fun!!!

Aftercare: A Little Meltdown
☁ Soothe. Tell them that it’s okay to feel frustrated or hurt and that they are still good.
☁ Encourage care. If you are with them, gather comfort items. If not, encourage them to by saying things like “Daddy/Mommy/(other title) really would like to see you with (stuffie name/a stuffie/a paci/other comfort item)” or “Would you please (task) for me/daddy/mommy/(other title)?”
☁ Try to ease them into a happier head space, like by teaching them new things, telling them something cool or happy, engaging with them
☁ Praise them for getting through. Remember every battle is still a battle and they still had to fight.

🌸 tell me you love me. remind me you’re my cg & that you’re here to care for me.
🌸 call me endearing names. ones you always call me when im little, or ones you don’t use as often. little one/girl/boy, princess/prince babygirl/boy, angel, honey, sweetness, love.
🌸 be close to me. be near me. ask if you can join me in whatever im doing, be it coloring, singing, dancing, having a tea party with stuffies, playing with toys, watching tv, playing a game, doing a puzzle. show me you want to interact with me and support me while i am in this headspace.
🌸 hold my hand because you want me to stay where you can see me, buckle me into the car to keep me safe because im precious, order for me because im too little to do it, offer to take me out places where you know i love to go or take me as a surprise.
🌸 pet my hair. give me kisses on the cheek, nose, forehead. smile at me. tell me im good, that you’re proud of me, that im allowed to be soft and vulnerable, that it’s okay to be little.
🌸 tell me how cute i am when im little. compliment my outfit or my hair or my makeup or literally anything.
🌸 baby talk, talk in third person, use the same tone you’d use with a small child.
🌸 ask me to go fetch my favorite paci, or my sippy cup so you can fill it with juice, or a stuffed animal you know im fond of. know all their names for good measure.
🌸 praise me, love me, just show me you care.

Good Morning!!
🎀Rise and Shine little one! It is time for you to start your day! Be sure to brush your teeth and make your bed. Use the bathroom/change yourself, and get ready for…Breakfast!💗
🍳Don’t you know it’s the most important meal of your day? Here are some common things you or your caregiver can make:
-Eggs, toast and bacon
-waffles and fruit
-Salad, fried eggs, and fruit of your choice
-Breakfast Taco
🥝And as always im sure you can find these items in a Vegan option.
🍼Drink Juice, warm milk, Or tea. (water is good too)
📝Now after breakfast you should go to your chore charts if you have one and see what todays chores are, and if you don’t feel too good today, make sure you tell either your caregiver or yourself (yes reminding yourself that you don’t feel good will help you take it easy)
🌟Im sure there are some activities you or you caregiver have planned today, if you are going to an outing pack some good snacks for the road, or something to keep you busy. Try to be kind and nice to everyone you meet (even if they are mean, just say nothing and get out of the situation quick)
