How ATEEZ cuddle you

✰Seonghwa:

For him, cuddling makes him feel more connected with you, not only with your bodies, but your minds as well

So if there was anything on either of your minds, they will be expressed in a cuddle session

And he’s a great listener and sincerely wants to make sure you’re okay always

So if you were acting a certain way earlier on in the day, he will definitely ask you about it when you’re cuddling

He’s just very vulnerable when you cuddle

And will also confide in you, which is something he might not always do on the regular basis

And he’ll be more affectionate with you when he cuddles than when you’re around others

But don't get me wrong, he still cuddles you when you’re together in public, just in smaller quantities

Like he’ll have his arm around you and he’ll pull you closer to him and sometimes snuggles

Will literally say anything without a filter, so some things may surprise you

Prefers it when your legs are linked together, that’s when he’s most comfortable, having a part of you connected with a part of him

Leans in to kiss you, and you wouldn’t know when

Usually cuddles happen when you’re both tired

And about 50% of the time, you’re laying on top of him

He’ll have one of his hands in your hair and the other just resting on your back

But the other 50% is the other way around

Even though he’s a complete tower

Bc he enjoys receiving cuddles more than anything else(but won’t tell you!)

Especially when he’s feeling playful

Really a bear hugger

Cocoons you and tbh will use you as a pillow

So sometimes he’ll lay beside you and just snuggle into you

He’d initially just place his head on your stomach and look up at you so sweetly

Loves it when you play with his hair but will always tease you for doing so

Once he gets all settled in and comfy, his eyes will definitely be closed, humming and relaxing into you

A huge romantic when it comes to cuddling (or anything intimate tbh)

Makes you feel really safe and secure

He’ll encompass you with his arms

And tries to act like his heart isn’t about to explode

Bc being so close to you makes him so nervous but warm and content

So he’ll breathe deeply and take in your scent

And runs his hand through your hair

Caresses your face

Lots of hand holding

And plays with your hands when he’s listening to you talk

Hums and whispers sweet things to you

His voice would be so soothing

Makes lots of eye contact, loves looking you in your eyes when you’re cuddling

Will randomly play with your hair (beware, he’ll probs tangle it on accident)

And he’s more of a listener than a talker but doesn’t mind talking if that’s what the conversation called for

But you could talk all you wanted and he’ll willingly lay there and listen to every word

Also sings softly for you if you were tired but couldn’t sleep

And will get caught up in the moment and feel sappy and inclined to tell you how much he loved you

Being the big spoon gave him that courage bc you wouldn’t be able to see him blush

And so it was easier for him to say things he was too shy to normally say

You’ll end up hearing the sweetest things coming from him and you’ll feel so cherished

Also, Jongho doesn’t always initiate cuddling sessions

So you will be the one to do so a lot of the time

However, there will be times when he initiates, it’ll just be rare

Like sometimes when he’s having a bad day, he’ll just place himself in your arms and cuddle against you

And you would know that there was nothing he wanted more in that moment than to be in your comfort

SF9 reaction to you giving them a back hug for the first time

✰Inseong: Inseong would get super soft once you gave him a back hug for the first time. He’d turn around and hug you back, saying something along the lines of “oh, this is new,” and would become the most sappiest. He’d flash you his beautiful smile and give you a sweet kiss on the lips, then pull away, ruffling your hair and still cheesing hard. He was madly in love with you, so Inseong would just be a big, fluffy mess overall. Knowing you were comfortable enough with him to initiate the skinship, he would feel more confident about initiating it right back.

“Honey, you’re the sweetest.”

✰Youngbin: When he felt you snake your arms around him and give him a back hug, he’d absolutely melt. Youngbin would get so flustered, and you’d have him giggling uncontrollably from this new and sudden affection. He would blush, telling you that you caught him by surprise, and that you were the cutest thing ever. He wouldn’t stop thinking about your hug for the rest of the day bc it really made his entire day. Binnie would also reciprocate the affection later on, and he’d make greeting with a back hugging a thing between you two.

“You’re so cute, baby. I really appreciate the hug.”

✰Jaeyoon: As soon as your hands encompassed Jaeyoon, he would become putty in your arms. You’d leave him smiling for days, and he wouldn’t be able to contain himself. He’d sigh in content and grab your hands, intertwining his fingers with yours. Jaeyoon would just be holding you there, rocking you back and forth. He’d then turn to face you and kiss you all over your face. He just loved the affection from you, so expect him to be touchy all day long and give you several back hugs from then on. Skinship with you always makes Jaeyoon giddy, so the small act of you initiating it first made him feel so special and loved.

“Please hug me like that more often. I’ve clearly been missing out.”

✰Dawon: At first, Sanghyuk would pull away from you when you back-hugged him, but only because of how shy it made him. He was never one to be shy, but he could help but feel that way when you gave him a back hug out of no where. He was usually a bold guy who made you feel that way, so when the tables had turned on him, he tried his best to hide how bashful you made him feel by teasing you.

“I knew you couldn’t resist me, but geez, you just had to sneak up on me like that, huh?”

Don’t worry, he’d only tease you for a little bit, just until he saw that you were annoyed with him. Once he stopped the teasing, he would switch up and show you how he really felt, and he’d be sooo soft and doting. He’d finally admit that he loved the hug, blushing even more than before.

“In all seriousness, I guess that hug was nice.”

✰Zuho: When you hugged Juho, he would smile warmly and wouldn’t pull away. He’d let you hug him for as long as you needed to, and as your grip loosened on him, that was when he’d turn around, giving you a big, heartfelt hug. Juho would breathe deeply, mumbling how relaxing your hug was. There was nothing more that he loved than affection with you, and he would place a big kiss on your forehead to show you that. You hugging him like that made him more comfortable with his relationship with you, and it also made him fall for you even more. Expect him to ask you to cuddle later in the day to continue your little moment with him.

“Babe, I love your hugs. They’re so relaxing.”

✰Rowoon: Oh boy, where do I start lmao. First of all, we know Seokwoo absolutely loves skinship, and we already witness that with how he is with the members. So just imagine how touchy he gets with you, especially after you initiate it. Once you wrapped your arms around him, his lips would part into a huge grin. He’d chuckle, turning around right away to greet you back. He’d encompass you the biggest hug, which might last for quite some time. Just expect this one to reciprocate your affection x100000. His affection is no joke, and you might have to force yourself out of your boyfriend’s clingy hold haha, rip to you

✰Taeyang: If you hadn’t previously seen how cheesy this boy could get, you would finally see it after you give him a back hug. When you gave him a back hug for the first time, he was so excited and wouldn’t be able to control himself from his flooding emotions. He’d be all smiles and you would see how genuinely happy he was. If he was having a hard day, you just made him forget all about it. It’s therapeutic for him, as Taeyang is very much fond of affection with you, and any that you give him will result in you receiving even more. When he turns around, he would hold your face and say the sweetest things to you before hugging and kissing you warmly.

✰Hwiyoung: Just as your arms surrounded him and pulled him close to your body, he jumped, startled by the sudden skinship. He’d place his hands over yours, embarrassed by his reaction. Youngkyun would try to act as cool as possible, but wouldn’t be able to hide a timid smile from emerging when he turned to face you. He would shyly ask if everything was okay, since you never gave him a back hug before.

“Y/N, is everything okay?”

“Yep. I just wanted to hug you.”

Upon hearing your words, he would flush, appreciating your affection. When you initiate affection with him like that, he’d feel elated. He would also be glad that nothing was wrong, and in that moment for him, everything was just right. Feeling sentimental, Youngkyun would hug you right back, holding you longer to make up for his initial shock.

“Oh...Well, I love you.”

✰Chani: Chanhee wouldn’t have thought that it was you who gave him the hug, since his members often feel the need to grab him from the back and hold on, so he would pull away from you. However, when he turned around and saw that it was just you, he’d laugh and explain to you that he thought you were one of the members *cough cough Rowoon*. He’d then quickly pull you in for a proper hug, and apologize so that you didn’t feel discouraged about it (you might want to hug him from the front next time lmao).
