Hear me out… what if chat can’t just take away memories? What if he hypothetically with the help of miraculous ladybug can bring them back. Like a combo power they can do together? Or just something he can do??

They are yin and yang right? Well perfect harmony is when they are working together so ipso facto miraculous Ladybug & Chat Noir at the same time when??

We know miraculous ladybug can override cataclysm… can miraculous chat noir stay after the ladybugs? I’d assume so and that’s why they chose to do it after to not give that away.

Also what are the limitation to a power that can destroy anything “created” by a villain?? Like to what extent are we talking ? I saw those parallels with chat blanc.

Im just thinking about the angst potential of Marinette giving up guardian status and loosing all of her memories and chat being able to give them back somehow. Or him being the main reason she can. Idk there is so much rife writing material here. lol.

Also really hate narratively if we don’t get the big confrontation. Like imagine everyone who is supposed to know the secrets figures them out and oops well now Marinette is no longer guardian and doesn’t have memories. I don’t think it’ll go that way but I truly want to see poor Mari burdened and crash the F out. Like criticism is criticism sure but she’s 15 constantly saving the world. Give the girl some grace but Adri is also 15 and he’s allowed to be lost and depressed and confused.

That and Adrien needs someone. He absolutely needs to confide in Nino or something of that nature. I thought Bugga wrote a great piece with how a Felix and Kagami reveal to him would work. I loved it and I think that’s what we are missing in the show. It’s SOOOO very unbalanced right now and if Mari doesn’t crash out I’m going to be even more mad if Adri doesn’t either. And not a chat blanc part 2 either like I mean a full blown off his rocker but cognizant enough to be like no I’m just going to go f sh!t up not blow up the world. They can’t exist independently. They rely on each other so heavily now that the thought of Ladybug not having Chat would actually make her crash out. Maybe that’s what does it. It isn’t the secrets bubbling over it’s the fall out. Which honestly might justify it in her mind even more or actually make her think about what if she shared this sooner.

I just need everyone on the same page or at least have someone for Chat. This episode sealed it for me. He needs his own Alya. He needs his man in the chair. His right hand. His secret keeper.

Alya Césaire is best girl!!

This episode was so well put together in so many ways!!

But Alya really shines!! From giving good advice (about Vincent), but still respecting her friends enough to make their own decisions (and make their own mistakes). And then showing up right after to help pick up the pieces without so much as an I told you so!

The parallel of “the best kept secret is one never told” followed by “the truth always finds a way!” as the very next line!

Of Alya’s anger! Righteous anger! And yet, she wants to talk to Marinette! She wants to understand! And that she fought for Adrien! That he deserves to know! That he literally cant heal without it here.

How honest she was with the whole “I can’t keep this secret! I won’t!”

But turning to Chat and saying “hey, it’s fine! You CAN erase my memory because Ladybug should be the one to tell this secret! Ladybug should be the one to heal this hurt!”

And how much faith she has when she lets Chat’s power hit her. There’s no fear. She trusts Marinette to eventually fix this! The lover of truth was willing to let this truth go, so that Marinette can get that chance!

And at the end of it all when she DOESN’T remember really what happened, she knows that SOMETHING did. And she’s worried for the burden Marinette is holding alone! And she wants to help.

I already said it, but Alya is best girl!
