do u have any particular ranking for which of the tadc characters are ur fav? im gangle for life and then everyone else kinda settles behind her but kinger's been gettin there

ohh yes ok my ranking

1.Zooble - my icon my goat my king etc etc. i think because they havent been the forefront of many of the episodes yet but still very much been part of them has made their character feel very understated but like, in a good way. I don’t think you realize how good of a character Zooble is until you pay a little more attention. Also their voice acting i love their voice acting so much

2.Kinger - I am not immune to a funny man who secretly has problems. He’s really funny but also every time we get to see him a little more lucid and he drops lore that the characters do Not ask about im like PLEASE ELABORATE. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU. He’s a little ford cruller coded if you think about it.

third/fourth faves and fifth/six faves are tied because i think they could be interchangeable

3/4.Gangle - Not a character I was really interested in at first because on the surface her character shtick is very one note, but i think part of what makes her work is that she does have a lot more going on that is kind of overshadowed by her masking thing and tbh i feel like thats the point. She’s a character you have to look at a little longer to appreciate because she has. So many problems. And she’s trying so hard to be content with herself. So when presented you do just kind of see her struggles before you see her.

3/4.Pomni - i love Pomni and her average young adult woman swag. Ive been greatly enjoying seeing a little more of her personality creep out. I love how she can play a straight man pretty well without it being a pathetic sad woman type of thing. She’s just chilling and has average standards about being in hell (digital.) It’s awesome.

5/6.Jax - I like Jax because I like dissecting the neuroses of asshole characters. I do not have a soft spot for his problems like a lot of the fandom does, i only find him somewhat worthy of sympathy, but it Does fascinate me seeing why his cruelty is what it is!! He’s a very well written character because i think he’s a shithead and I’m very intrigued about Why he’s a shithead lol

5/6.Ragatha - Another character that i was very neutral to negative about at first. I didn’t reaaally care for what she had going on in the beginning? She’s definitely a character whose problems are Very apparent up to the first moments you meet her so it felt a little in your face. But with recent episodes, again, it makes more sense and starts to feel a little more intentional. Finding that she comes on a little too strong and desperate makes sense because that’s what every other character is also feeling about her- thats literally her biggest issue. You watch her struggle to bond with Pomni and i feel kind of relate to Pomni who similarly doesn’t really know how to respond to her sometimes, and while i do think its a dangerous game making a character kind of annoying as part of their brand, the payoff for Ragatha so far has made a lot of sense. Similarly to Jax, I don’t think im as emotionally invested in her as some people are, but I am very interested in why she does what she does.

7.Caine - feels mean to put him down here but I just have the least to say about him compared to everyone else. Im excited to watch him lose his shit and im curious how much we’ll learn about What The Fuck Is Up With Him.
