Ok, but this is genuinely a really good tip for getting things done when you just can't. Pajamas and cozies are meant for rest and sleeping, and while there isn't anything wrong in wearing them, it can make actually getting up and doing what you need to do hard. However, throwing on a t shirt and pants, even haphazardly, isn't pajamas and can make doing things a lot easier, partly because you just got dressed and you are reinforced in the idea that you can do things, and partly because being dressed means you're getting ready to do things. So yeah, struggling with starting that essay or getting groceries or doing the dishes? Throw on a maid dress
