Winsbury Manor is a grand Tudor-style estate built in 1490, nestled in the heart of Whispering Glen, Ravenwood. Established on land claimed by the Kingdom of Henford after their decisive victory in the Battle of Whispering Glen in 1485, the manor was completed in 1490 under the command of Lord Governor Winsbury I. Today I’m happy to release Praaven Reworked, a new version of Praaven by jje1000/potato-ballad-sims, edited by Simsmidgen and me. As usual this project took longer than expected. But with the help of our many fantastic testers all is well that ends well.

Simsmidgen and I tweaked some things more to our liking, replaced broken CC, reduced the overall amount of required CC, recoloured EA objects and/or replaced them, fixed major routing issues, reduced world file size, replaced/fixed all those bloody arches and stacked staircases, thinned spawners, improved terrain painting (at least we think so). We added the two festival lots by lowrisim and tweaked them a bit and also made sure that the tomb can be solved (yes, there is a tomb, go looking for it!). We tried to leave the world as original as possible though (apart from the things that didn’t work well). Public release is with permission of potato-ballad-sims.

TSM to TS3 Pirate Tattered Dress conversion

All righty let’s get into this. The dress was so lazily made by EA that at first I didn’t even want to upload it. EA basically just reused a mesh from another dress (actually, it’s this one that I’ve converted before) and… it didn’t look good. The sleeves were all wonky and crinkly, the shape of the skirt made no sense, and part of the shirt was missing from the mask so it was just blank white all the time?? I’m sorry but the fuck???

But this dress was definitely worth fixing. I mean, look how cute it is! And I love pirate ladies, even though it’s definitely not how female pirates dressed in real life lmao.

Okay, enough with the rambling, let’s get to the details. This dress has all morphs including maternity, has four recolourable channels with two variations, two kinds of leather overlay (original brown and a bonus black one) and is available for everyday, formalwear and career. The polycount is 4,9k polys at the highest LOD, so it’s gameplay-friendly. Requires invisible shoes though, which you can find here or here and probably somewhere else too but i’m too lazy to search for another link.

Well… It's a dress. Kind of somewhere from 1890s. + 3 accessories for the dress - 2 pearl strings in "Nose Ring (left)" category and accessory with roses in "Socks" (please pay attention to polycount!). Textures of all three lokated with the dress texture so they will not conflict with any other accessories you will put on your sim. The one with roses can be combined with any of the pearl strings (not with two at the same time). I'm deeply sorry about the polycount of the accessories. It wasn't my intention for them to have polycount of a whole full body outfit but I just wanted them to look nice.
