THIS NEED ATTENTION ‼️‼️‼️

i found out originally through danno cal on yt bc his vid of this showed up on my fyp (and i saw on the josh person's post that he had a link to a longer vid than danno's so go watch the linked video josh's post)

i watch stuff for younger people like madagascar a little wild episodes, idk madagascar in general (bc there's playlists for the movies and comments are off bc it's labeled as KIDS CONTENT), and a bunch of other stuff so i have a high chance of getting flagged. like most of us, i watch some not for kids content (for me, it's stuff like wackawackamunv2 and some of the glitch shows) so i won't be able to watch stuff like that

for example: tadc is a show i love dearly and it has a child audience (despite not being made for kids) but if you use a child (or a school) account and go to the glitch channel, some of the episodes are toggled off (specifically eps 3 and 5) so this might stop me from watching those episodes and future ones ESPECIALLY bc the show is going to get darker (the cast cried during the ep 9 script reading and goose said the show will get darker as more episodes drop) (and yes i have a laptop that isn't signed in and i could watch it if i wanted to, i could go watch tadc on there but that isn't the point.)

edit: i also watch smokebee and her gaming channel and ALMOST EVERY SINGLE VID ON HER GAMING CHANNEL IS LABELED NOT FOR KIDS (ik this bc of the school account thing and i saw the only vid that wasn't toggled off was the finding frankie vid)

but the "just use your parents/older sibs credit card/id" us a TERRIBLE idea because ppl like hackers (or wtv it would be but there is a chance) can take your credit card info or steal your id (i think it could be used to identity thieve)

THIS IS A SERIOUS POST PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY

If wondering what the hell is going on and don't want to view the post Ill try to explain it as best as I can

So apparently YouTube is trying as in a way to protect children (bullsh1t) they're trying to make a law which that is using ai to determine/guess your age

So basically if your watching content that isn't part of your "age group" ai would think that your child and in a way to prove your not a child you have to send them ID or credit card to prove that your not a minor

So a couple of things that I think thats so bs

Number 1: this is invasion to privacy because most us adults/teens aren't comfortable with sharing ID/Credit card info and the fact that you have to use it to prove the ai that your not a minor is so stupid and bs not only that sharing it can be an extreme risk

Like at this point I would rather have my mom view my watch history then some shitty ai

Number 2: this is bad for people who are youtubers/just viewers who are minors because not only will YouTube censor the content that's restricted but THEY WON'T COUNT YOU AS A VIEWER WHICH IS BAD ON ITSELF FOR NOT JUST VIEWERS BUT YOUTUBERS AS WELL because most popular youtubers like KreekCraft, Thinknoodles heck even others because either half le MOST of their subscribers are minors and that's bad because YouTube is doing this without know the consequences and impact this can do to their website if this goes through

This is only happening to kids in America and its launching on August 13 or 14 depending on time zones

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD WE CANNOT LET YOUTUBE MAKE THIS A LAW

Ollie was taken into the mansion by Trickster when they were younger. Almost none of the other family members know why they ended up here in the first place, but most of the members who remember when Ollie first arrived remember them begging to stay, begging to take them away from it all...

Some years had passed, and Ollie had completely forgotten about their life before the mansion, except for... a few major details.

But as of now, Ollie lives a decent life in the mansion as one of its' resident cooks. They'll personally fix you up something if they like you enough. Except for squids. Ollie has always been quite fond of squids. They have prepared food for the entire family before, although they'll never attend family dinnertime unless asked of by either the ones they're closest with or Casmir - a man who Ollie rarely talks to but can't help but feel a bit of fear towards.

Ollie would always lock themself up in their room when not cooking meals, talking to themself or drawing in the sketchbooks scattered across their desk. They have never let anyone in their room. Ollie loves their privacy, but one cannot do anything in the house in private with people like some of the other members up and about. That's why Ollie is always up at night when no one else could be possibly awake. They like keeping to themselves...

Out of the original cast, Ollie likes Willow the most and often vents to her about their past.

Ollie has always liked alfredo even before the mansion - so sometimes at night, you might catch them making it for themself.

Ollie has a terrible sleep schedule.

Gold is their favorite color.

For some reason, Ollie has a harder time befriending guys than girls. Way before the mansion, it was the other way around.

Ollie is from the 21st century in a universe where humans can have animal characteristics (like animal ears or tails). (I got this from an anon ask about trickster going across multiple universes and timelines to find people)

and yeah you guessed it ollie has squid characteristics. that's why they are fond of squids yeahh who woulda guessed. they can have up to eight squid arms (the short limbs are called arms) and the two tentacles out at any given moment and the suckers help ollie hold multiple things at once when they're cooking.
