I'm sitting at the dining table at home, eating my lunch. My mom comes to sit at the table. I looked at her while I'm chewing on beef and rice. She smiled the biggest smile and eagerly asked me, "Do you have a girlfriend?" "No". She then asked, "Do you have anyone you love?". I looked at my food, shook my head no and continued eating my meal. It then hit me. I wonder how it feels to no longer see the smile on your son's face, or knowing that your son doesn't have the "love" in him to give to anyone, or knowing that your son is no longer the heartwarming kid he used to be. I looked up towards my mom. She knows. I know. I finished eating and headed towards my room.
