Lunch Time
As of 22 November 2018, I received my third payment for my first work as an analyst. I kinda love what I am supposed to embark in the work process but I did not much enjoy the environment. Especially my colleagues..
They are fine I guess but the lunch time for me is the time that we are taking a break from work. No work talking no work gossiping no talk-about-boss no meeting comment nothing.. I just wished my colleagues would understand that someday. I felt very uncomfortable and I always wished I had lunch with my friends instead of them sometimes. Or even lunch alone by myself while watching Brooklyn 99. Honestly so much better.
They love to gossiping and I do too but I do not like to talk about people behind their backs so badly. Honestly I do not and I think they were taking things so far, I hate all the mocking and sometimes when I did not respond to them talking, they said I was being depressed. I just laughed but never ever cross my mind that being quiet and not responding to your stupid jokes were the means of me being depressed.
I wished I could avoid them all the time not because I hate them ((I do not, obviously)) but I think our minds and personalities are not matched. I am taking things slowly. Sometimes when I had the mood I will join them you know; for the sake of socializing but if I feel like I am not talking, sorry guys I am taking my me alone time...

4 Things 24-Year-Old Shinjini Das Did Before She Became A CEO
1. Think. The jump had to be layered with a great deal of thought, intention and foresight. She had to listened to her deepest voices, understand what her desires and passions are and make her goals align with what is driving her. And she realized that only she could make it happen. Of course, she wants and needs the help of others, but it must all start with her believing in herself.Ā
2. Fall in love with herself. Thatās not egotistical, thatās something all of us should be proud to say because loving herself gives her the power she needs to say,Ā āI can do this.ā Plus we are not in a position to love anyone else if we do not love ourselves first.
3. Test the waters. Her passion was a side hustle for 18 months which gave her the time to explore the waters of American media and figure out her plan before she decided to dive in full-time.
4. Stop asking a question that doesnāt have an answer. She stopped trying to answer the questions,Ā āAm I making the right move?ā - the only way to find out is to make the move.
