Random ED things nobody really talks about
Being jealous of friends or people who have been severely underweight/ hospitalized
Hundreds of awkward angle body checking photos
Looking at the size of your legs/body in every mirror, reflection, shop window
Being disgusted at watching people eat
Comparing people’s body size and weight to yours before noticing anything else about them
Being obsessed with cooking/dieting/food programmes
The pain of hitting your hip bone on a table
Hating yourself for judging anyone who is healthy or overweight
Being proud of your lowest weight once recovered/weight restored
Eye rolls when anyone without an ED discusses their new diet/weight loss
Eating every tiny bit of a specific calorie portioned food because damn if you’ve counted those calories you are gonna enjoy them
Feeling embarrassed for eating ‘unhealthy’ foods because people assume you eat nothing/survive on lettuce
'Wow you’re actually eating’ kill me
Not enjoying excercise or wanting to work out
Alternating between being scared of all food and wanting to consume everything in sight
Really horrific awful bad breath (like seriously bad)
One day you’re too scared to eat a tomato the next you eat chocolate without worrying about it
Looking in the mirror after eating and feeling like you gained 20lbs
The anxiety and embarrassment of buying laxatives/diet pills

because if she wasn’t exhausted then what did she achieve?
it was only a quick fix but it soon became her friend
anna she called her
she came when she felt happy and content
and she ordered her to rip her liver and throat so bad that she couldn’t swallow
anna was clingy you see
anna only wanted her for herself
anna only wanted her to think about what anna needed
and because she was afraid of her she continued
cutting back
restricting
choking
bleeding
crying
it was only a quick fix you see
and now it’s the only meaning left

ED TIPS FOR STUDENTS
we all know consuming vv little food can cause dizziness and black outs and laziness and loss of focus which isn’t good if you have exams and your in school.
the other argument is what if I eat and get fat.
only people struggling with ED will face this problem.
this is what I eat in a day of uni to maintain energy levels and focus and not worry about getting fat
Always have breakfast and a good one too ! if your gonna consume any calories on a school day let it be in the morning!
Oats , eggs are pretty filling and won’t go over 200cals or 100 if you do it right. I���ll be posting my recepies soon.
These foods are vv filling and will curb your appetite for a while and keep your energy levels high!
Now lunch . I almost always have a low cal salad and by that I mean just literal veg which are less then 30cals and pretty big. It may not last long but it will curb my appetite for classes and stop my tummy rumbling publicly which is pretty embarrassing I’m vv introverted !
I sip 0cal tea and coffee throughout the day! keeps the caffeine flowing keeping me alert and also helps to curb appetite
I almost always have cough sweets in my bag and suck on them through out the day they won’t go more than 150cals per pack but double check! (I tend to purge so I do need them quite a lot as i feel like my throat is rlly going through it)
when all classes are done ur home and in your own element and comfort. You’d probably only consumed around 200-300 cals and walking to school or a couple of bus stops will help you burn what you ate anyway! especially running around school and classes is a lot of steps! so you’ll be burning it off anyway
and then studying at home for class. have a light meal possibly a soup with protein and low cal veg that will also help u focus on what is ahead
By the end of the day you would have consumed 500 or less not counting what you you burnt off. and with that you’ll still be able to pass classes and get through the day.

Today's food log : {573kcal}
I'm pretty proud of myself, although I had a somewhat heavy breakfast (which almost led me to having a binge) I did pretty well, I didn't go above my limit for this week which is 750kcal so yay!!
Oh and I'm skipping dinner double yay!!
PS: I worked out for about 15/20mn until i felt sick , so let's say I burned around -120kcal

Body check (collarbones/thighs only for now) cause I haven't done one this year, so hi guys. My name is Khadidja but everyone calls me Jay. I'm 20 years old and from Algeria. I was diagnosed with anorexia, bulimia, social anxiety and depression in 2015. But it all started when I was around 12 years old..
I used to weight 35kg two years ago (that's around 78lbs) , we dont have eating disorder clinics in my country, not many people even recognize these eds , so they just put me on abtidepressants and appetite pills which made me reach 65kg in just a year. I stopped the appetite pills last year bcs I just couldn't take them anymore, they were ruining my life. And guess what?!
Now I'm 48kg, that's around 105lbs and I'm really proud of myself, my ultimate goal weight is to reach 35kg again, and I WILL get there, no matter what it takes... Thank you for reading!
PS: I'm 166cm / 5'5 :) .
