I finally decided to put some time in finishing these designs. obviously the hardest one will be Reinhardt, so I’ll leave him for last.

The pulse rifle is based on those OICW guns that were being developed in the past, with multiple cannons, intelligent scopes, etc. it put a lil switch Jack can use to swap between different the main and upper cannon
