Moho or Toonboom?

I’m wondering whether I should get Moho pro or Toonboom premium. I’m not concerned about costs so don’t take that into consideration. I just want to know which is better for rigging and which will produce superior results. I want it to look fluid. I’m not concerned with learning curves either, I just want to know which can produce more fluid results and which has more features to make it fluid.

tbh not that big of a fan of this one. Kinda rushed it as a pic for my artfight (in bio!) so yeah. I could’ve done better but I think it conveys the character pretty well! Art by me
