softcore changes that made me lose fuckloads of weight
intermittent fasting (16 hours of not eating and a few normal meals in the remaining 8 hours)
when breaking a fast eat either protein+carbs or protein+fat. try to avoid fat+carbs combo when breaking a fast
swap all normal sweets and treats for grain bars grain cookies organic millet snacks etc (despite the same amount of calories they dont make you gain so much cause of all the fiber. fiber is love fiber is life)
weight lifting and overall strength exercises (bulking up is usually hard af. not only will you look lean and toned but muscle burns a lot of calories so you will burn even on your rest days)
dont be scared of fats. they might be high cal but weight loss/gain isnt just physics and calories in calories out - its biology. hormones babey! high carb low fat diet makes your insulin and leptin go haywire. fats are less dangerous and your cells need them to regenerate!
its better to fast once in a while than to restrict. you will lose more fat and you will keep your muscle. restricting may make you lose muscle and muscle is your friend when it comes to burning fat!
72 hours fast is absolute maximum. after that you may start burning muscle
exercising while fasting turns you into a fat burning machine. dont push yourself too hard though! be reasonable and know your limits

I’m not sure if I’m the only one that thinks this, but I feel like my ED has convinced me that being skinny will fix EVERYTHING in my life.
I’ll be taking a math test and think, “this would be easier if I was just thinner” even though weight has nothing to do with understanding equations.
For a while, I thought this was just my ED messing with my brain, but I kinda came up with a theory and thought it made a whole lot of sense.
In media, normally the protagonist of a show, novel, or otherwise is always the smartest, prettiest, kindest, and often the slimmest one. Even if there’s more representation of different bodies, it’s typically a side character who isn’t as important to the story. I think this is the reason I just convinced myself that to be smart, pretty, and kind, I’d also have to be skinny because you really only see those traits all together. I think I just internalized this feeling that I needed to be skinny to be important.
Is this just me?

Anyone ever get stressed af whenever you're 24+hrs into a fast and someone talks about food or eat a high calorie snack?
U start to shake to think about all the calories u could've eaten throughout the entire time u fasted and that the way they're just harmlessly not thinking about the amount of calories going into their body with each bite they take. But u didn't. And u stop shaking and feel thankful that u didn't consume those disgusting calories.

Also I fasted for 31hrs yesterday (my longest fast) and I broke it and ate 102cals and I cried on the floor instead of easily burning those cals of HAHAHAHA 🤡

i need routine back in my life. I feel like when I have too much time, I just end up snacking and nibbling a lot. I miss when I used to be busy with uni and work and only ate when I had the time to, I miss walking like 15,000 steps every day just from going about my day to day life. god pls let this lockdown end soon

also thank you so much for over 250 followers! i love all of you so so much.
✨drink 20+ oz of water as soon as you wake up
✨consume 70+ oz water per day
✨count every calorie
✨have a calorie limit
✨chew ice
✨no eating past 7:00pm or before 9:00am
✨eat all of your meals in front of others (if they’re concerned about your eating habits)
✨turn down the temperature in your house
✨don’t eat over your bmr
✨go on speed walks
✨exercise for at least 30 minutes everyday (3 ½ hours at least each week)
✨have a journal to write in
✨look at thinspo
✨keep tempting food out of the house
✨cook your own meals/ avoid eating food prepared by others
✨stand more/ sit less
✨take time to stretch
✨brush your teeth often
✨weigh & measure your food extremely carefully
✨weigh yourself at least once a week
✨keep yourself busy (see my other post)
✨take a cold shower
✨drink ice cold water
✨find quotes that inspire you and keep them around
✨have a stock of low calorie foods
✨never drink calories (unless it’s a low calorie drink)
✨use smaller plates & eating utensils
✨drink coffee or green tea
✨meal prep the day before
✨sleep 8+ hours
✨sleep in whenever you can (especially ‘cause it’s quarantine🤪)
✨forgive yourself and move on
✨NEVER GIVE UP

I did so well fasting....until my family decided to order a chicken noodles ... It was yummy but I feel guilty for eating the whole thing 😭.... So here's my log
Day 4:
Calories in : 301+513= 814 kcal
CALORIES OUT: 646 kcal
NET: 168
... so I have exceeded the kcal amount of how much I should eat in a week ... I should fast .. I swear and even if the order food or any food Even though it's my fav.
So I have to get to my goal weight by the end of June
So here are the rules I'm gonna follow:
• max 400 kcal a day
• burn atleast 500 kcal a day
• breakfast 100 kcal, lunch - skip, snack - 100 kcal(optional), dinner 200 kcal
• before bed :
100 crunches ,
50 sit ups,
50 russian twist,
50 pushups,
100 reverse crunches
• for cheat days (max twice a month)
-- maximum 700 kcal
-- binge only on safe food
-- black( fear foods😔🙂) pink (safe foods... A chocolate bar too 😆❤️🥺)
