Relapsed.
Coming back to this blog, currently after eating semi normally for amlooong time yet still having the voice there, I’m going to start restricting again, well I started three days ago but I’m wanna go harder, i’ve been using the My Fitness Pal app for tracing calories but I’ll put them here as much as possible. I’ll hopefully be posting things like low cal recipes, my current look, small entries of how I did on a specific day, triggers, gw/cw and thinspo
*FOR TRANSPERANCY*
-I am not pro ana, that’s not why I’m here. -I’m not going to track the calories of fruit or vegetables or coke no sugar at this time because the fruit and veggies are the food I substitute for unhealthy food, I keep them low calorie still (no potato ect) and I’m not tracking coke no sugar because it’s next to no calories and I use it as a meal replacement most of the time.

Fasting Tips
Fasting is hard. I just got done fasting for 42 hours (yay!) and it was sooo difficult. But because i now have control i’m going to fast again soon.
So i’d like to share my best tips on how to take control, stay in control, and fast.
NEVER EXERCISE WHEN FASTING!!
1. The first 12 hours are always the hardest. Distract yourself for the first 13 hours. yes 13 because by then the hunger pains will have subsided greatly. Read a book, watch movies. STAY AWAY FROM FOOD.
2. Drink diet soda when you’re stomach starts grumbling loudly and you feel super hungry. The carbonation will trick your mind and plus, the flavor will help you stay sane.
3. Chew sugar free MINT gum. The flavor will actually make your stomach feel at ease. It tricks your mind that you’re full. And i mean… who can actually eat something after that strong mint taste?
4. Brush your teeth every 6 hours. One, it’s keep your teeth hygienic and strong. And  same with the gum, the mint taste will make it harder to eat. And if people ask if you want food, you can tell them you just brushed your teeth so you can’t.
5. If you must eat dinner with your family; say you have a stomach ache, sore throat, or even that your heads hurts too bad and you should take a nap.
6. If step 5 doesn’t work; hide the food. In your sleeves, down your shirt, in your pockets. feed it to the family pet. You can even do this trick i made up-
(Get a cup and fill it with a little bit of water. Put the food in your mouth and chew DON”T SWALLOW and every few bites act like you’re about to take a drink drink, but actually spit the food into the cup.)
7. If you fast for more than 36 hours and you feel faint; take a nap, drink diet soda, chew gum, or you can even chew food and spit it out.
8. Look at thinspo constantly. This way you won’t lose motivation.
9. Do your makeup and/or have a spa day.You deserve the self care. And this will make you want to look beautiful, thin, small, perfect. Search up clothes you’ll wear when you reach your goal weight.
10. Stand in front of the mirror naked. Remind yourself why you’re doing this.
STAY STRONG!!
If you can have enough control to say no, then you WILL reach your ultimate goal weight. Just keep going.
It’s going to be hard. But it will definitely be worth it.

Five ways to burn 100 calories
1. Take the stairs
On average, 15 minutes of stair-climbing can burn roughly 140 calories. Instead of taking the elevator, use the stairs. As long as you have access to a staircase, set a timer for 15 minutes and walk up and down a flight.
2. Go for a walk or run
For the average guy, running for just seven minutes will burn more than 100 calories. Walking on the treadmill takes almost twice as much time to burn the same amount. Don’t be afraid to take your run outside either—running on a beach can burn an additional 50 calories in the same time.
3. Do yard work
This is one chore you might not want to skip. Pulling weeds, raking leaves, shoveling snow, or digging for less than 10 minutes is hardly glorious, but it can leave you in a puddle of sweat and easily burn 100 calories. The key with yard work is not to move at a slow pace. Move quick and relentless when attacking the yard or your snow-filled driveway.
4. Go for a swim
Twelve minutes of swimming can burn well over 100 calories. Swimming is a full-body exercise that also helps strengthen nearly every muscle in your body, and it puts virtually no environmental stress on your joints.
5. Vacuuming
Thirty minutes of vacuuming your house or your office will burn 100 calories (not to mention the added benefit of a clean house or office). You’d be surprised how many calories you can burn doing work around your house. You may not want to ignore your chores.

tips to stop binge eating
my personal experience, it’s been a couple months since i stopped and i just wanted to share it.
here are my tips that helped me stop binging:
- realize why you do it. in my case i went three years barely eating and definitely not getting the nutrients i needed so my body caught up to me and demanded i stuff my face. there are many other reasons why you may be binge eating it could also be emotional, i won’t go into much detail here.
-realize, it’s a habit. like all habits they are hard to break but once you do after a while you wont have to worry about it anymore. if youre like me youll worry about the future. “so what if i do overcome it for a while? what if it just comes back again?” and you think very negatively. youre going to need to keep your head up and stay positive!! now that youve established this is a habit and you WILL break it, more tips:
-drink water!!! for me whenever i had the urge to binge i would drink water. after i ate if i still wanted to eat more i would pour a whole pool into my mouth. of course too much water is bad though so please be mindful! i have around a gallon a day and it really does come with extra benefits that i wont get into. water will make you feel full. in my case it also helped replace the habit to just drink water slowly and go do something.
-ONLY EAT AT YOUR DINNER TABLE!! this is actually really important!! for me binges were ALWAYS in my room. i would sneak food into my room and just go crazy and stuff myself then the feeling of guilt came. everyday that i brought food into my room i felt guilt. now just like if you do your homework in your room (which i kind of dont reccomend well because) youll subconsciously ( depending what type of student you are ) attach your room to relaxation and laziness and end up not wanting to do your homework; or attach your room to stress making it a bad environment. well anyways what i was saying, same goes for eating. for me i felt way to comfortable in my room and thus when i ate i felt nothing no need to stop no one was around just me and my bed. when i started eating only at my dinner table so much changed i was aware people were around in my house i felt more productive and mindful.
- now this goes with that^ EAT WITH NO DISTRACTIONS!! stop eating while watching netflix, tv whatver youre doing. maybe youre on your phone and youre on instagram or snapchat while eating, dont do that! youre disconnecting yourself with your food, you become unaware that youre eating and that will cause you to lose touch with your stomach and the mindless eating wont stop. just sit down at your table and eat.
- eat slowly!!! gosh this helps so much. you have to wait at least 20 minutes for your food to reach your stomach so eat slow with no distractions!
- after your finished stay seated for a while and just wait i usually watch tv or netflix at this point but i stay seated for 30 minutes afterwards and drink water and the feeling of wanting to eat more will usually not be there for me.
- eat frequently but small meals! for me i eat every 2 hours but VERY small meals usually a small 300 calorie meal with a 100 calorie snack inbetween every small meal. this really helped the urge to eat.
-track your food. this was kind of a trigger for me but it actually ended up REALLY helping me. i use the app fooducate to put down what i eat before i eat any meal or snack. in the app you can see the total calories of the day, processed food vs real food you ate, macro nutrients, sugars; all of this made me aware and made me better at food eating decisions.
-stay strong. the first week is THE HARDEST after about a week of being able to control yourself and realizing you can, i started to just think of what i was doing as normal because i mean it was. i didnt worry about relapsing after a week i just kept doing what i was doing and had the mindset that i was all better and that i was just i dont know a way to say it but ‘normal’ you know? a person who doesnt think about food all day who eats because theyre hungry and eats normal sized meals. after the first week i just thought of myself as normal because i knew i would have constant stress and worry and be thinking about the next meal if i didnt.
-you can eat what youre craving. this was kind of hard and it was definitely a trust game with my mind and body. once youve seen that you can control your binges for at least 2 days feel free to just have a little bit of what you crave, just learn to eat it slowly and distraction free, take it all in.
- replace your junk food! junk food is a trigger it really is. i dont eat it AT ALL. it is waaayy too much of a stressor for me. be mindful of your eating habits and how healthy they are. replace your chips for vegetables or fruit!
* for me: veganism. it was such a great help and made me feel better and made me only binge on ‘healthy foods’. i would start to binge on some sort of fruit or veggie and halfway through just stop because i didnt really want to. i put a little star on this one because it’s optional but i super duper recommend going vegan it’s so good for you and the planet. i wont go into this because this isnt a ‘why to go vegan’ haha
~
that is all my tips that helped me get over binges. i went though my whole journey super positive no matter how hard it got, and that’s what really got me through this. i really do hope this helped. youre not alone remember that, you are strong and can do anything you set your mind to <3

Perks of Losing Weight
Some of the things i have noticed
- Hair doesn’t get greasy anymore, it just doesn’t
- There is less to wash, exfoliate, self tan, etc. (Honestly really notice this one in the shower, i used to have 20+ lbs more in my legs)
- Moving with more ease
- Food is cheap. Hello water over cocktails and an apple over spaghetti bolognese
- Generally feeling smaller is a bit euphoric especially wrapped in blankets or trying on old clothes
- Skin clears up because theres less oil production
- Barely sweating (even while exercising or on a hot day)
- Sunglasses/glasses are more flattering against a more angular face
and when i reach my goal weights, i just feel fucking invincible.

I won't now.
*Meanspo*
You think you’re cute? As you walk to the mirror your thighs jiggle like fat jello. The girl in the mirror looks back at you. Look at her. You did this to her. This is all your fault. And you don’t have anyone to blame but yourself. Was it someone else making you put all that gross food in your body? No. It was you and your big sloppy piggy hands with your sausage fingers in the frosting. You look at her thighs; this is fatspo. You might as well never eat again at this rate. You look at her stomach; it’s even worse. Look at that stupid piggy belly. Look at it bounce around. You’re not even MOVING.
I hope you’re happy. That’s not just her body, it’s YOUR body. And you CHOSE that, whether you want to accept it or not. I hope you’re happy. You made the girl in the mirror so sick and fat. Why did you do that? You make her life so filled with anxiety and doubt. You better work to do better. Stop letting her down because she is ALL you have.
DON’T EAT.

What I learnt from Superskinny’s
Been watching supersize vs super skinny for a while (up to season 2 now) and this is what I’ve learnt so far from the super skinny’s diets. Special warning though, most of the contestants have various health issues, I wouldn’t recommend their lifestyle for teenagers or younger people unless they want to be short, have poorly developed brains or worsen their acne. Eat healthy kids.
Drink tea, energy drinks or coffee for energy instead of food. (Or just in between meals, if you do have it instead of food, maybe a take a vitamin and drink plenty of water)
Have a busy lifestyle - all the skinny’s had activities that were very time consuming, a mother/marathon runner, model/dancer, studying law etc (The supersizes also don’t set time away to cook or plan healthy meals, opting for fast alternatives like junk food and fast food, if you plan on eating set some time aside each week to buy fresh produce and eat, this way you’ll be eating way more nutritious, lower calorie, and more filling food. Cooking is also underrated)
Tiny portions - instead of a whole sandwich just have half, child sized portions, don’t finish your food, give parts of your food to other people, be picky when eating.  (This includes the ratio of your food groups as well, make sure your eating balanced meals that aren’t just meat and refined carbs, packing on the veggies is a great to feel full and satisfied after a meal without packing on the calories, and your body will thank you for it)
Eat non distracted - The supersized people usually eat in front of the tv, after a few days of eating at the table with a superskinny they often start feeling more full from their meals, especially when they pay attention to how much their eating.
Eat slowly, chew your food, pay attention to the sensation of feeling more full, if you fast from time to time you’ll be very familiar with this feeling. Always stop once you’re starting to feel full and slow down, it takes roughly 20 minutes from the time you start eating to feel full.
Drinking water in and taking time between bites also helps.
Don’t eat after 6pm - Supersized people often snack into the night.
Cook your own food, stay away from takeaway (if you can’t avoid it try microwave meals - it controls your portions while takeaways are always huge and don’t give you the amount of calories and fat)
don’t build eating up to a huge deal - superskinnys were always just “whatever” about food while supersizers were the ones acting like food was a huge part of their life. If you make food out to be the pinnacle of life, you will binge. It’s just food. Treat it as fuel rather than indulgence.
If you already smoke, use it instead of snacks to satisfy hunger pains - coffee and a cigarette can be a good way to start the day when restricting (be careful with caffeine intake on an empty stomach though, I sometimes get nauseous or headaches from it)
If you can don’t eat alone - do be aware of how those around you might influence your diet, supersizers often had families who accepted and treated their eating as normal. Don’t look at someone else’s plate as an indication of what’s normal, try to rely on your own standards.

🍄 hiding an ED 🍄
If you are suffering from an eating disorder please seek help, they are not glamorous and can very well kill you.
🌹1. Plastic baggies are amazing to measure out a set amount of calories. Hide them in underwear drawers, your backpack, inside of folded pants, and even in your shoes if you are scared of a family member finding them. I keep baggies with food in them inside folded clothes and my locker at school. I wash and reuse them so I dont use all of my moms baggies up and hide empty ones underneath my keyboard, mattress, and in my backpack.
🌹2. Always eat infront of family members only. I usually just wait until my mom gets home and then I’m in the living room and kitchen eating grapes and low calorie foods.
🌹3. Always try to go to dinner, even if its high calorie foods. Family and friends will start to catch on if you are constantly “sick” during dinner time or “already ate.” I ask my family when we will have a good dinner and restrict until dinner time.
🌹4. Never use the same excuse more than 3 times with the same person.
🌹5. DO NOT PURGE!! There are so many reasons why purging is bad for you plus your family will catch on!!!
🌹6. Don’t say “too many calories.” Try: “Im trying to stay off of fast food,” “too much grease/sugar makes me break out,” “Ill try it but I dont think I like (insert food),” “Im allergic (use that one cautiously),” “My doctor told me to stay off high carb/sugar/fatty foods,” “Im sorry but im kinda nauseous right now, ill have some later”
🌹7. Start going to after-school activities. I do this and it helps me stay away from food and family until I get home.
🌹8. Take a lot of showers, especially during dinner time so you can say you had some leftovers.
🌹9. Dirty up plates and leave them out. My mom was suspicious of me having an eating disorder until I started leaving out plates with little bits of cereal in them or some spaghetti sauce and noodles.
🌹10. Always clean your own room and do your own laundry so parents or guardians dont go in there to help tidy things up for you.
🌹11. If you pay for lunch at school, save up the money you get for lunch and you can use it to buy gum or your own personal items.
🌹12. Do not keep chew and spit bags in your room for longer than 24 hours unless they are well hidden and family has no way of finding them.
🌹13. Be VERY CAREFUL with grabbing some food off your plate and hiding it in napkins. Ive been caught doing this before and its not fun.
🌹14. This is kind of embarrassing and not worth it in my book, but try to take a big bite of your food during dinner or breakfast time and start to fake choke/cough the food out into a napkin.
🌹15. Hide and lock any screenshots of diets, workouts, thinspo, or anything ED related.
🌹16. Wash your clothes with hot water if they start to fit too big.
🌹17. Dont take laxatives, they seem like a quick fix, but can turn into a long term problem.
🌹18. If your family notices you working out a lot more often say: “I want to be on track and field next year,” “I want to lose some weight,” “Isnt it good to work out?,” “There is an afterschool fitness program and (best friend) wants me to go with him/her/them so I wanna train so I don’t make a fool of myself when I go (when the day comes you can just go on a run and take the long way home , or say your friend flaked)
🌹19. If you are going to the doctors office and are scared of your dr noticing how much weight youve lost, just go. Dont carry rocks in your pockets or anything. Your doctor can help you.
🌹20. Recover

-Fasting-
The following is from xxskinnybitchxoxo
"don't fast for more than 72 hours because your body will start burning muscle" they said.
No. It doesn't. It won't. When you fast for more than 12 hours your body starts burning fat. And it continues to burn fat until there is no more fat left to burn. That's when your body starts burning muscle and organ tissue. So yeah only a few know that a body has 100,000 calories of fat=50 days of survival if you fast. Look up ketosis on Google and you'll know why you feel dizzy. You feel dizzy because your body is used to burning glucose (sugar) instead of fat, your body become a sugar addict. When your body get used to burning fat instead of using glucose as its main energy source, you stop feeling dizzy because there is plenty of energy in it.
The only reason your body likes using glucose so much is because it's instant energy, unlike fat, which requires more effort to be burnt.
Stay in there for your fasts!
