theory that i have that i also dont like:

ranboo is half dreamon/a “transmuted dreamon”

transmuted dreamons are stated to take over the body at random and leave the normal half with no memory of what they’ve done which fits,,, uncomfortably well with ranboo’s memory issues, in addition to the fact that hes hallucinat ing dream’s voice, whos said to also be a dreamon. dream says that “he is ranboo” and a different part with different memories, implying that he might be possessing him. while at first it may seem a bit like DID, ranboo has explicitly said his character does not have DID or any sort of dissociative disorder. additionally, the end of his stream displayed dreams smile with ranboo’s crown, implying that they may have merged?? i dunno, but things seem to be lining up uncomfortably well. ranboo says hes already been acting out the “quirks” of his other half, which could be the memory problem. im not entirely sure because i dont have all of the details, but in conclusion:

ranboo possessed?? maybe dreamon?????
