I'm super nervous for today because I realized that I can't get out of eating. My whole family is going to wonder why I'm not eating and it's going to be a huge mess. It really sucks especially since today was supposed to be a fast day. After today, I'll fast for 72hrs just to clear my system.

It's 3am and I can't sleep so I'm going to post my stats!
STATS
*I haven't actually been diagnosed with anything but I would consider myself to have a couple traits of both anorexia and bulimia.
*Age: 17 :)
*Height: 5'4 ft/ 164.6 cm
*HW: 225 lbs/ 102.1 kg
*LW: 178 lbs/ 80.7 kg
*CW: 185.3 lbs/ 84.1 kg
*GW 1: 173 lbs/ 78.5 kg (ik this is a kinda weird goal but if I reach this weight I'll technically he considered just overweight instead of obese :) )
*GW 2: 165 lbs/ 74.8 kg
*GW 3: 150 lbs/ 68 kg
*GW 4 : 135 lbs/ 61.2 kg
*My GW 4 may or may not be my final goal weight. Once I get there, I want to see whether or not it would be a good idea for me to lose more or remain the same. Most likely I'll end up going to 120 lbs/ 54.4 kg.

I'm doing this diet for the week!
I already fasted!
10/23/20
breakfast: nothing
Lunch: soup (67 calories) + 1 apple cherry juice (60 calories)
snack: 36 grapes (72 calories)
dinner: nothing
Total Calorie Intake: 199 calories!
I managed to stay under my calorie count for today! yay! I also did a workout consisting of:
100 jump ropes
100 stepping but kicks
100 high knees
50 side leg lifts (on each side)
50 toe taps
50 jumping squats
100 bicycle crunches
30 sit ups
30 sec plank
30 russian twists
1 min scissors
30 in & outs
and 50 jumping jacks

sorry I've been gone, my depression really just came outta nowhere and made me unmotivated for like almost 3 weeks! So ya know what that means... I binged. Oh god did I binge.... A LOT. LIKE ALMOST 10LBS A LOT. As of yesterday I weighed 188lbs. 🤡 I started fasting and I'm gonna try doing this "diet" to try to loose those 10lbs by the end of the year! Wish me luck!✨

Things I wish people understood about eating disorders:
1. Most people with eating disorders don’t literally starve themselves, they restrict. Just because you see us eating doesn’t mean we’re getting better.
2. The horrible, absolutely torturous feeling we get after we eat. No matter what it is, how many Calories… it’s always there.
3. You. Don’t. Have. To. Be. Thin. To. Have. An. Eating. Disorder. God someone needs to scream this one from the top of a building.
4. It’s life consuming. Food is always on my mind.
What I’ll eat next, when I’ll eat next, how I’ll burn it off
5. I can’t just ‘snap out of it’ and I can’t ‘just eat’
These are two of the worst things you can say.
6. I understand what my disorder is doing to me mentally and physically, believe me I do.

Lately, ever since Thanksgiving, I've felt like a slob. I keep telling myself that I'm not gonna eat much or not eat at all and then I end up binging anyways. This cycle has been going on for about 9 days and honestly, I'm tired of this. So, I'm actually gonna commit to "fasting" for 72 hrs and then when I'm allowed to eat I'm only going to eat a maximum of 500 calories.
