i think Jedi survivor does quite a good job at explaining why the ISB avoids sidestepping the inquisitors and vader. In survivor a senator tries to capture Cal to impress Palpy and gain more power, only to get skewed by the 9th sister and later on we find out the ISB has an ex jedi working for them to help capture members of the hidden path. When Vader finds out, it doesn't end well. No wonder when the report landed on a higher ups desk, they decided best ignore it and let Kallus call in the red blades instead

One of my favorite little details of Andor season 1 is the implication that Agent Kallus reported what went down on Kessel - aka him facing off against Kanan and Ezra while the Ghost crew was freeing the Wookiee prisoners. But instead of going on red alert, the ISB apparently met that report with the most "my paperwork got lost in an endless government void" response possible. Instead of "oh my god Kallus encountered two Jedi out in the open!!!!! All hands on deck, this is not a drill!!!!!" they were like "Lmao Kallus is full of shit and probably just wants a promotion, let Vader and his weird helicopter blade cult waste their time on it. They're all cuckoo for Cocoa Puffs anyway"

Sabine thought we wouldn't notice

In rebels, Sabine has an aurebesh 5 on her right pauldron as she is specter 5. However in both the animated and live action Mural she has put an E on her shoulder instead. Sabine did tell Ezra that everything in art has meaning, I wonder what she is trying to subtly convey here.
