Public humiliation is not okay. Publicly humiliating an innocent person is not okay.

(no, this isn’t a vague, relax)

I don’t care who you are or how long you’ve been on here because that’s no excuse. A lot of these people come here to escape from their own lives and have a good time writing, some here are even kids, minors, teens. This is the rpc’s edition of cringe culture. You know why? People are bashing other people’s work, something that could’ve take extremely long only to have it demolished within seconds.

“But it’s only a joke”, and if it’s difficult to tell whether it’s a joke or not, maybe there wasn’t a joke at all and you’re just being shitty for the sake of being shitty and then attempting to excuse it.

“What about the actually bad people”, there’s call-out posts. Those address the problems a certain user holds and can warn others if done correctly. Publicly humiliating someone isn’t the way to go if you want to warn someone about their toxic behavior.

If you want to send me anons, or call me out, whatever it is, go ahead. I’d love for you to do so.

But my point is is that publicly humiliating someone because how they write, whether it be detailed or anything, is never okay. Publicly humiliating someone because they don’t have godlike photoshop skills is never okay. And it’s honestly horrible that I have to say this considering how many people do it.
