not to everyone but different strokes for different folks. i was off traveling for a bit and the schedule was kind of jampacked. hence why i'm sort of braindead at the moment.

i feel like i should hype up the whole experience. but if i'm honest, at times it's tough. yes, when i'm not working, i'll play groupie. don't know how much i'll get to do that next year as i have a bunch of things to film; along with film premieres of movies that i've done that are coming out next year.

I swear, we'll talk about more because I'm a curious guy but I have to ask - what's it like dating a musician? Do you play groupie sometimes as long as you're not working? || @skarsbill

not sure if you've noticed or not but most people aren't keen on me making the smile. they're prefer it if i didn't. it is my favorite holiday! who doesn't like christmas? don't answer that, please. did you? i'll have to listen to it when i'm not slightly braindead.

Nobody asks? Maybe I'm the only one that would have you rolling your eyes. Okay, taste. Is it your favorite holiday? Halloween is a lot of fun, but nothing beats Christmas. I just put out a holiday EP and I'm here for all the vibes.

some games you need to read the instructions for before you start playing. like mahjong for example. but if it's a game that is easy to figure out while going along? then that person can stuff it. i haven't played a board game in forever that i don't know if my brain can handle that sort of stimulation.

AITA for refusing to go on another date with someone who wanted me to read board game instructions? Perhaps it's because I'm thirty-five, but lately, I catch myself being turned off by a lot of things. I'm more of a 'just explain the game while we play' type of person. Nothing makes me lose interest more than having to read instructions; I'm suddenly daydreaming about the fact that elephants can be right or left trunked. Tried telling them. Didn't work, so here we are. I'm not actually taking any feedback on this. I'm only taking in new friends for game nights. Friends who won't make me read anything. So, question one, what is a dumb reason you broke it off with someone? And question two, when can I beat your ass in monopoly, clue, rummikub, or skipbo? @hillsfmsstarters

no because i'm usually seeing family on my break or i'm writing something that hopefully gets turned into something down the road. i also don't really have too many breaks in general. i did watch the entirety of one tv show recently though as the whole acting industry was on pause.

Does anyone have trouble keeping busy during a break from work? It seems like the best time of year for it with the holidays coming up and everything but I've found that I either go too far in the direction of having a ton of lazy days with my dog, reading books and catching up on reality TV or I can't sit still and before I know it I've rearranged my living room five times. There's gotta be a happy balance, right? How do you like to spend your time off? @hillsfmsstarters

would you hate me if i said i was indifferent to it? it's just another day on the calendar that i really don't celebrate on a whole. nobody other than talk show hosts have asked me to do the smile. i think i intimidate people so they don't ask. i'm definitely ready for christmas! it seems like it takes forever for it to get here when i know that's not the truth.

Now that it's over, I think it's safe to ask: do you love or hate Halloween? I know you've been in a gazillion projects outside of IT, but personally speaking, if I was behind a horror icon? I'd be so annoying about it. Pennywise decor everywhere. Ghostface who, you know? Or do you hate people asking you to do the Pennywise smile and you'd rather it just be Christmas already? / / @skarsbill

our father's day is in november. so when people that i'm following are all "happy father's day!" i have to remember they're talking about the american day for it. i don't know when it's coming out, next year i think, but don't quote me. things got fucked with when things shut down work wise for several months. a lot of things got pushed back where release dates are concerned. no, not really on the whole christmas tradition thing.. we're just happy to be able to sort of walk around in the house.

——- Our holidays are a bit different as well . like we have a thanksgiving type holiday back in september for us in korea . halloween is a personal fave for me but i'm mostly just readying for christmas now . i'm sure it is . i also know it's different for some actors compared to others . i'll try and watch that when it's out -- i think i'm ready , but also , probably not . got any christmas traditions ?

anyone who knows me, really knows me, doesn't find the eye thing to be creepy. you're talking to someone who eighty percent of their family can do the pennywise smile too. i just save the cgi department a bunch of work due to my weird quirks. well when you can't receive anymore e-mail, i hope you remember what i've said. on and off thing you say?

I can't be the only one that find the eye thing creepy, i mean you got me there, i am very lazy by default, it's part of me being a writer as well, lazy by nature and all that, oh as someone who has an on and off thing going on right now i will not judge.

i hadn't noticed but then again i rarely log into my facebook account. it's not a priority and if i want to send someone a message, like a birthday, i can just text them. or depending on who it is i'll call them. facebook should die already because i don't think there's been anything useful on it in ages. last time i had been on facebook i forgot to close it out.. so i got a bunch of ads for what i had been looking at online. creepy.

you can really tell facebook's losing its mojo when, every year, fewer and fewer peeps bother to drop a b-day shoutout. it's kinda low-key funny. i never quite got the whole deal with wishing someone a happy birthday if you're not tight or, worse yet, if you've got like zero mutuals – just 'cause facebook flashed a reminder. does facebook hook you up with a year-end badge for hitting all your pals on your list with birthday love? probably not, but yo, maybe it should! that could be the move to give this social media game a reboot. like, show love to all your homies, and you score a shot at winning a rad trip or something. anyway, it took me a full 12 days post-birthday to drop these thoughts.

see i'm smart like that, know one person and the rest will be in your line of vision eventually to be friends with. well i don't know if it's a british thing or not, you'll have to compare notes with a fellow brit on that one. i'm not one to fight anyone either.. not anymore as i did that back in the day when i was piss ass drunk. you can use innit in a sentence and he's a goner?

——- They definitely are . it's a good way to go about it if you want to make friends with a band , for sure . this is true and then he kept picking me -- maybe i'm just too charming to him . maybe it's the british thing . i doubt there would be a fight -- taylor isn't one to fight anyone . we'll just be tall and awkward together . oh , i'm sure . i honestly think you'd impress taylor because he's easily impressed by little british words i say .

i'm waiting for christmas to come around as thanksgiving is off my radar. also a bit too early for the christmas decorations to come out of storage.. this nonsense of rushing to decorate is not a vibe to me. i'm looking forward to all of my family under one roof.

There's something so thrilling about the holidays being just around the corner. Next week? Thanksgiving for those that celebrate, and quickly after that is Christmas. My house is all decked out and it brings me so much joy. I've also kind of gone overboard with the Christmas themed drinks at Starbucks and have no shame. well this is a very silly curious to have considering i will be in sweden for christmas. did you perhaps think i was going to be elsewhere? i would thoroughly enjoy telling embarrassing stories about you because it's my duty to do so. but also it's been forever since i've seen your old man face.

Very curious what you are up to this Christmas, Tuva and i are taking the kids to Sweden and i am hoping you are going to do the same, i have a feeling dad is going to love to tell embarrassing jokes to Ella so she can use them against me in the future and i think you may enjoy joining him on that.

they seem like a fun bunch to be around with. and hey it's easier to be brought into the fold when you already know one of the guys in the band. i was going to say "you picked him!" but that's incorrect as you were brought together by a movie. i'd say that you could make this trade but i also don't want to get into a fight with someone. swedish is hard! i don't think i can impress anyone with what british i've learned.

i can say that i wouldn't be great at being a deckhand. but maybe you could be.. maybe you should see if someone is willing to let you tag along for the day to see if you're cut out for it. i'd want to be a doctor if i quit acting any time soon.

Lately I've been watching Below Deck - and I have to say it's given me the desire to give up acting and to become a deckhand. Do I think I'd be good at the job? Eventually, I could be. But who doesn't want to travel to all of these amazing places and get paid for it? Plus some of the stewards on these boats are great to look at. @hillsfmsstarters
