“Maybe it’s hard to forgive, but to trust again is the hardest.”
YOU’VE BEEN GROUNDED [LAURA HALE], THE [THIRTY-THREE] YEAR OLD [EVOLVED BETA WEREWOLF]. THEY LOOK AN AWFUL LOT LIKE [SOPHIA BUSH]. THEY’RE KNOWN FOR BEING [FEARLESS] BUT ALSO [ASSERTIVE]. THEY’RE SITUATED IN [POLIS] AND THEY’RE AN [AMBASSADOR]. WATCH YOUR BACK, BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
HEADCANONS.
Laura was born and raised in a family of werewolves from Beacon Hills. She grew up learning about all things werewolf, how family is what matters the most and that you must protect one another at all cost.
By the time she was a teenager, she was already her mother’s second in command and she would follow Talia into summits with other werewolf packs and meetings with the Commanders. And while she wasn’t the Alpha, Laura grew into her own voice and that earned her the respect of many important members of various communities.
It all came crashing down when their home was invaded and set on fire. Laura and Derek were out on an errand, only to return and find their home turned to ashes. Laura was distraught to lose her entire family. Her parents, siblings...only her uncle survived and he was so badly injured they didn’t believe he would survive long either.
With her mother’s death, Laura became the new Hale Alpha and with that new power, she was able to shift into a full wolf at will, no longer bound by the full moon.
But Laura couldn’t stand to be in their village anymore. She needed to get away from the memories and the people who had tried to murder them. She went into hiding with her brother, never staying in one place for long. That is, until something drew her back to Beacon Hills again.
It had been years since she had stepped foot into her old home and the memories came rushing back. She could almost smell smoke again. She eventually found her uncle and was shocked to see he had survived all that time. But while she was glad to see him, he had other plans. Peter attacked Laura, craving his power to himself. He managed to injure her badly enough to believe he had killed her; and left her for dead in the middle of the woods.
If it hadn’t been by one of the Commander’s convoys passing by, Laura truly would have died. Instead, she was nursed back to health, although she was no longer the Alpha.
With her second--no, third-- chance at life, Laura grew angry. She wants revenge against her uncle. She wants her Alpha spark back. And she will do anything to get it back.
In the meantime, she has been living in Polis, working as an Ambassador for Beacon Hills, speaking on the behalf of the creatures tied to the full moon.
PERSONALITY.
Laura has always been a bright young girl. She has a mind of her own and a fierceness that makes even her elders respect her. She is very opinionated and stubborn, but it doesn’t stop her from being kind to those who deserve it. Her weakness is her family, who she hasn’t spoken to since Peter’s attack. She’s not even sure if they know she’s alive or not, but she hopes to reunite with them eventually.

“I was a kid then. Now I'm a wicked witch.”
YOU’VE BEEN GROUNDED [FAYE CHAMBERLAIN], THE [NINETEEN] YEAR OLD [WITCH]. THEY LOOK AN AWFUL LOT LIKE [PHOEBE TONKIN]. THEY’RE KNOWN FOR BEING [LOYAL] BUT ALSO [ARROGANT]. THEY’RE SITUATED IN [DELINQUENT CAMP] AND THEY’RE A [DELINQUENT]. WATCH YOUR BACK, BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
HEADCANONS.
Faye has been in and out of trouble since she was a young child. Raised by a single mother, the fact she didn’t know her father often made her angry, which lead to her lashing out, mostly against her mother.
The tipping point was when she nearly killed someone on the Ark. It wasn’t her intention and she knew better than to experiment with her magic and certain spells. But she was too curious for her own good and didn’t care much for the rules of the Ark so she tried it anyway, causing an explosion and landing herself in the Sky Box.
Coming to Earth was probably the best thing that has ever happened to her. She was finally free of the Ark and the guard and all the stupid laws they had to follow. She believes she can finally do whatever the hell she wants without consequence and if anyone stands in her way, she can just take them out.
PERSONALITY.
Faye can be power-hungry and has a difficult time accepting rules imposed by others, especially those she does not respect. She will often run off to do her own thing rather than follow in line like others her age. She is reckless in her chase for power, often putting others at risk without much care. While she presents herself with a tough, bitchy exterior, Faye can sometimes be extremely caring toward those closest to her. But letting others closer can be difficult at times, so she uses sarcasm and mean words to keep everyone away. It’s harder to get hurt if there’s no one close enough to hurt you.

“I have been locked up one way or another my whole life. I am done following orders.”
YOU’VE BEEN GROUNDED [OCTAVIA BLAKE], THE [EIGHTEEN] YEAR OLD [HUMAN]. THEY LOOK AN AWFUL LOT LIKE [MARIE AVGEROPOULOS]. THEY’RE KNOWN FOR BEING [UNINHIBITED] BUT ALSO [IMPULSIVE]. THEY’RE SITUATED IN [DELINQUENT CAMP] AND THEY’RE A [GUARD]. WATCH YOUR BACK, BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT ALONE.
HEADCANONS.
The Girl Under The Floor. That’s how Octavia became known on the Ark. Born as the second child to her mother, her existence alone was a crime punishable by death. She was named by her older brother and from that moment on, she was seen as his responsibility. He was to keep her safe above all else.
Rather than confessing to her crime, Aurora decided to keep her daughter hidden under the floorboards of their shared bedroom. She struck a deal with one of the guards in exchange for information about surprise room inspections, allowing them to hide Octavia every time.
Octavia was not allowed to step foot outside of the room and for sixteen years, that was all she ever knew. Until the day Bellamy took her to the masquerade dance all the underage kids were allowed to participate in. It was the best day of Octavia’s life, she finally got to see all new things... And then things went south and Octavia was caught, along with Bellamy and their mother. Bellamy was stripped of his guard duties, Aurora was floated for her crimes and Octavia was sent to prison.
Up until the moment the delinquents were sent to the ground, Octavia was unable to see her brother. In fact, she was sure she’d never see him again until she found out he had sneaked into the ship to go down with her.
Being on the ground gave her a new sense of freedom. She could finally get away from the guard. And while she was glad to be reunited with her brother at first, she soon realized his overprotectiveness was hindering her from doing what she wanted for the first time in her life. It often leads to arguments and disagreements, but at the end of the day, he’s her rock, her protector, her family.
For the last three months, Octavia has started to learn how to be her own person. There’s no hiding under the floor, no guard to enforce rules. Instead, there’s a whole new world to discover and new people to meet.
PERSONALITY.
Octavia is someone who is curious about the world around her. Even when she is afraid, she puts on a brave face and dives deep into whatever mission she is on. She is brave, stubborn, often times reckless in the way she does things, but deep down she cares about those around her and is willing to fight for them, even when they have strayed from their path.

Lincoln shook his head, he didn’t want her to think that he would be in trouble, he didn’t want her to worry about that. He was here because he wanted to be, because he wanted to meet with her and see her again, if he got in trouble, he would deal with it. “Don’t apologize, I’m here because I want to be.” He would be lying if he said that he wasn’t curious about her, about knowing more about her in particular. And it wasn’t him speaking as a scout looking for information, it was him speaking as Lincoln who was interested in getting to know Octavia better. “We have many things, that we can hopefully share with your people if an agreement of peace is reached.” He paused. “It’s not that hard to make, all you need is some wheat-flour and water.” Lincoln told her with a smile, watching as she enjoyed the scent of the bread. “Maybe, but she wants to see it with her own eyes, I believe. And there’s still the other group that fell after you did, I think she’s more concerned about them. You are too much like the Maunon.”
🦋
I’m here because I want to be. That gave Octavia’s belly a weird flip-floppy sensation that she couldn’t quite explain. She was still getting accustomed to being around people, to experience new feelings and sensations she never had before. And this stranger, this Grounder, caught her attention more than any of the other kids from Lockup had. “I don’t see why not. We’re not here to hurt anybody. Hell, we didn’t even know you were here. We thought the Earth was toxic.” She could barely get the words out as she bit into the bread. She was going to save some to share with Bellamy, but she hadn’t eaten something this decent since the Ark. She opened her mouth to speak, to ask what he meant with Maunon, to ask if he really meant it when he said his leader was coming. But as the words were about to spill, she heard it. The horn that blasted in her distance, making her head turn like a whip toward the sound. “What’s that?”

Who the fuck do they think they are to boss her around like they do? Who the fuck do they think they are to put her on food gathering? Did she look like a freaking chipmunk?! Ugh. Faye hated those people, even if they were stupidly hot. Rather than doing what she was told, she roamed through the woods, huffing and puffing about the little things, using her magic to lift things into the air and throw send them crashing against tree trunks or massive boulders. It helped let off some steam.
As she was getting ready to move back to meet with the rest of her ‘team’, she heard rustling in the leaves far away from where she stood. Maybe it was an animal they could kill for food. But Faye had no weapons and she wasn’t about to wrestle a mountain lion or some shit with her bare hands. She knew the others had guns and knives they could use so she turned her back to the sound. Only when it was too close to her liking did she turn around, only to be tackled with such force that air was pushed out of her lungs, leaving her gasping breathlessly. She could see nothing but leaves and the blue sky with a few specks of light she was sure only belonged in her eyes, but she knew she couldn’t lay there for long. Whatever had knocked her down was probably getting ready to pounce again and she was too damn pretty to die at the ends of some wild animal. Faye forced herself to sit up, eyes widening as she spotted another woman on the ground not far from her. It was her that threw her down? But ho--the question died in her throat as she saw the darkening eyes, making her own widen. “Holy shit.”
Chest heaved, her heart rate ringing in her ears as the brunette darted between the trees, the deep purple veins beneath her eyes showing just how much she craved blood in that very moment. When captured by Mount Weather, they had studied the vampire, they had tortured her in hope of finding out why she was seemingly immune to the effects of the radiation. After befriending a guard on the inside, Sofia had managed to convince him to aid her in an escape, so here she was. Deep in the woods, searching for something, anything to get her strength back. She needed blood, human blood. She pitied the next person whom she would inevitably bump into.
How long had she even been captured? It felt like decades. Every single day, the guard whom she had befriended would visit her, and she would feed on them, only a small amount, not enough to alert the rest of the community to her affinity. Licking her lips, Sofia wiped her brow, trying her hardest to put as much ground between her and Mount Weather, from fear that a nearby patrol would find her. The brunette would rather die than have to go back there, to be captured and tortured all over again. Rushing between a few trees, the brunette then collided with another form, a scream passing her lips as she hurtled to the ground, bringing the other being down with her. Head snapped up, her dark, bloodshot eyes immediately meeting the gaze of the other. Sofia could smell the blood coursing through their veins before she even looked up, and her mouth began to water, her tongue aching for the all too familiar metallic taste of blood.

Lincoln was aware that most of the other scouts wouldn’t have done what he did for her, they wouldn’t have gone out of their way to help her and save her life. But Lincoln wasn’t like most of them, he wanted peace and if it was up to him, he would find a way for all of them to live peaceful among each others. There were a lot of positive things about them working together and sharing knowledge but he knew it wasn’t that easy, most of the clans wanted Skaikru to be destroyed because they were too similar to the Mountain Men. “Not really, but I called in a favor.” He offered her a smile before giving her a bag he had been carrying. “There’s food there, some fruits, bread and meat. Should keep you feed for a few days.” He sighed, shrugging his shoulders. “The Commander wants eyes on you at all times, she wants information on what you’re doing and wants to be informed if you become a real threat to our people.”
🦋
“Oh.” Now that he said it, she felt sort of bad. Not for wanting to see him again, but for possibly getting in trouble with his peers. If they knew he had helped her, that he had met with her and spoken with her...who knows what they could do. “I’m sorry.” Her attention was drawn to the bag he held out for her and she took it willingly, reaching into its contents. “You guys have bread? How?” She pulled out the item she spoke on, bringing it close to her face so she could take in the sweet scent, her eyes fluttering closed for just a moment before she glanced at him with a genuine smile. “Your Commander doesn’t need to worry about us. Most of us are just a bunch of kids trying not to get killed.”

As much as she hated to admit it, Faye was struggling to find her place within the camp. She wasn’t good at any of the tasks. Her mother was part of the Council back on the ark, so Faye spent most of her time doing nothing or working as her ‘assistant’, which mainly meant running boring errands that didn’t exist down here. So when Clarke sent her off to find Raven, Faye agreed with a bit of a grunt. She hated feeling as if she was useless. Shoving her hands in her pockets, she entered the tent Raven used to work. “Geez. Someone’s really turning into a workaholic, huh?” She scoffed, shifting her weight from one foot to the other. “Clarke sent me. She figured you might need some help or whatever.”
Raven was finishing up some work around the dropship before she had to go back to Arkadia to help fix something there. She wanted to make communication between the dropship and the Ark easier but she was yet to figure out how to do that. Building an antenna would help but she didn’t know where to find the material necessary for that. Either way, they had communications up but it seemed to be cutting off and getting jammed too often for her liking. Noticing someone entering the room, she didn’t look to see who it was, choosing to just speak instead. “I’m a little busy here so unless we’re about to be attacked by an army of Grounders and meet our end, let me work in peace.”

"That doesn’t mean you can just take what doesn’t belong to you. Greedy assholes like you will make us starve sooner or later.” Octavia agreed rules were stupid--to an extent. She’d seen how dangerously reckless Murphy could be and the last thing she wanted was for him to put the whole camp at risk, especially her brother. “Do I need to ask Bellamy to remind you how things work around here?”
“Give it a rest, what ever happened to whatever the hell we want?” A sly smirk remained on Murphy’s lips as he pushed past them, hands moving over the remaining food supplies, before retrieving one.

It was pure reflex the way Laura managed to avoid contact with his hand. There was no way in hell she would let a man shove her aside, even he didn’t do it in a forceful way. “You can put that thing away. I’m not going to hurt you as long as you don’t try anything against me.” She motioned toward his weapon with her chin as she spoke. She never felt the need for a weapon. Her teeth and claws were sharper than any knife. “And I’m not pitying you. I just wanted to know if you had a place to stay. I know you’re not from here.”
“Thanks but no thanks – I don’t need your pity.” A hand moved to push them away, gripping his weapon in his hand, something he did almost instinctively now. His life had driven him to not trust anyone, and with that came his somewhat guarded nature.

Faye was furious they were making her go out into the woods and hunt. She was not the type to get her hands dirty or to kill an animal for food. So she was trailing behind, arms crossed over her chest, boots kicking the dirt as she walked, huffing and puffing on the way. “Can we just go back? You guys are useless at whatever it is you’re trying to do.” With a roll of her eyes, she turned around and started walking back to camp, leaving her campmates behind just as an arrow came flying down, crashing against an animal that far from where she stood. Faye wasn’t sure if they had heard or noticed, but she did, and while she crouched, she glanced around her with wide eyes, tilting her head up to search the trees. She could have sworn it came from up above. “Who’s there?”
Lincoln had been watching the delinquent camp for the past three months now and not a lot had changed. They were adapting the best they could but there was so much they could do better, that they could learn from his people if they only managed to get to a peaceful agreement. Although, they had been wandering off more often and further away and it was becoming harder to keep track of everyone at all times. Lincoln had been following a particular group, that apparently went out to hunt. It had been a few hours already and the group hadn’t managed to get anything. Becoming frustrated, Lincoln remained still on top of the tree he had been on and pulled out his bow and arrow, aiming at the prey that they had been following, a deer. He released the arrow and it hit the animal right through the neck, watching as it fell to the ground.

"What if I am? It’s not like we’re strangers.” Laura spoke in a soft voice with a hint of humor. She remembered seeing the nightbloods practicing over and over again before the big event. And then she watched as Luna’s brother was defeated. She couldn’t say she blamed Luna for how she reacted. Wouldn’t Laura herself do the same?
“Spit it out, I know you’re not here just to see how I’m doing.” A sharp tongue caused the slip of words, but it needed to be said, for Luna assumed they were their for their own gain. She knew not to trust anyone, not anymore. Despite seeing the good in people, they often let her down and she had learned to be wiser to their tricks.

thelxstsxuls:
When Lincoln first saw Octavia, laying on the ground hurt from a fall, he didn’t think twice about helping the girl. Yes, he was supposed to just watch the delinquents and report back to Indra, without making any contact but he couldn’t just leave the girl there, bleeding. So he took her to his cave, where he healed her and helped her recover from those injuries. Then Lincoln let her go back to her camp, telling her not to come back there because it could be dangerous to her. It went without saying, Octavia didn’t really listen to him and not long after, she was meeting him in that same cave. Eventually, Lincoln gave up on trying to keep her away and learned to enjoy the other’s company. The scout made his way through the woods until he reached the clearing where they had agreed to meet, immediately noticing the girl standing there. “I’m supposed to be watching your people, not meeting you in secret. I had to find someone to take my place for a few hours.” He told her, titling his head to the side. “You can put that away now.” He said, motioning towards the knife on her hand with a small smirk on his face.
🦋
Octavia owed him her life. Hadn’t it been for him, she very likely would have bled out and died in the middle of the woods before anyone even noticed she was missing. And now she felt like she owed him. But at the same time, she wanted to get to know him, his people, their customs. It was a whole new world of things she had never experienced, not that she had experienced much in the few months she spent up in the Sky Box after she was discovered. Her lips curved into a smile at the sight of him, though she tried to hide it. “Even spies can take a break now and then, can’t they?” As he mentioned her knife, her hand relaxed, letting go of the handle before her palm rubbed against the fabric of her pants, trying to fade the impression the metal had left. “Why do they have you watch us?”
