Cumin coriander cinnamon lamb loin chop served over rice with sautéed leeks and garlic. The secret is just a dash, literally 1/8 t with the rest of the spices and salt and pepper. I always assumed cooking just for myself would be a chore, but it’s just as therapeutic as always and pretty yummy.

This broken attempt at an omelette is being saved for future reference as it was one of my favorite: stuffed with shredded cheddar cheese and a mix of four shredded Brussel sprouts, three shredded shallots, and a shredded garlic clove slowly sautéed until slightly browned and caramelized then mixed with chopped parsley before adding them to the eggs. I have to make this again as I perfect my omelette skills.

Haven’t done the ramen lunch in a couple months so here is pork Larb Ramen with a very light broth of chicken broth fish sauce and lime juice that just coats the lettuce exactly the way it should. Leftovers plus ramen equals the best!

I’m basically just going to keep making versions of American Chop Suey because it’s basically just Hamburger Helper and that is the best. I begged my parents for Hamburger Helper as a kid. This is 100x better but the craving comes from that talking glove in the ads. This is a spicy lamb sausage, rotini, leeks, mushrooms, green peppers, parsley, basil, parsley, garlic, soy sauce, worcestershire, chicken broth, feta, ricotta, and pecorino romano, and canned tomatoes blended with some really hot sauce to balance all the richness.
