Recently been trying to think if I have any dick headcanons for Gregory or Christophe. Referring back to my previous post, there’s probably bush for Christophe and none or only a small one for Gregory but what about the dick itself… I think Christophe’s has been well-described in the past by startwithsnail but not Gregory’s. I like the idea of him being circumcised so as to be very pristine visually but I have no reason to believe his parents would’ve done it when he was born. Looking up if people get done when they’re older tells me they can, but I also wonder if Gregory would put himself through that. Does that feel like censorship of the self? Or repression? If it’s the latter, he would, but if it’s the former, he would not.

All that aside though, I do like the idea of Christophe’s being thick. I like him with a lot of thickness in general (big frame, large muscles, etc) so it just fits overall. Gregory isn’t anything to sneeze at size-wise I think, but it’s more slender than Christophe’s. It’s not so big that Christophe chokes too much when he blows him but definitely a little bit if he’s trying to get all of it in. I realize that makes it harder on both of them in terms of the positions I picture them in (Gregory needing more stretching to take a thick Christophe up the ass, Christophe needing to choke a bit to take a longer Gregory into his mouth) but perhaps there’s some appeal in that.

Besides that… I don’t know. Coloring? I think they’re normal colors, whatever best matches their respective skin tones. Christophe’s a grower. That’s all I can really think of.

Christophe, to me, is most certainly a very hairy man. Which is to say, he has hair all over— stubble all over his cheeks, thick chest hair, pit hair, and, of course, a big bush. Thinking on this led me down the rabbit hole of thought today: what about Gregory? He’s certainly clean-shaven (i.e. no beard or other facial hair) and I have the tendency to think of him as airing a bit on the effeminate side. However, it’s not so strong that I believe he’d do things like shave his legs or pits. But his pubes? That I’m not so sure about! Perhaps he doesn’t shave entirely but still keeps it very small and tidy. A routine shaping and taming, if you will. Especially necessary if it’s curly like his head hair.

While some might say it airs on the side of problematic, I can’t help but enjoy the concept of Gregory using sex as leverage to get Christophe to do things he doesn’t want to do. Of course the most classic trope reasons are getting him to bathe or dress nice (very good) but I also like it as an apology. Either before doing something he knows Christophe will not like to soften the blow (such as the brief mention of him doing so in Ready to Start) or more traditional makeup sex (which sadly I cannot think of an example fic for). That’s not to say I find Gregory to be a prude at other times or that he doesn’t want to have sex with Christophe anyways, but I think Gregory is well aware that Christophe is very attracted to him and he’s not ashamed to use that knowledge to his advantage.

A friend of mine recently read and synopsized the one dead dove fic under the gregstophe tag (“Doggy”) because I’ve been very hesitant to read it give what it’s tagged dead dove for. And based on their synopsis, that fic shouldn’t be in the gregstophe tag. I’m guessing it’s done for the visibility? But if you go in it expecting remotely any gregstophe beyond one throwaway sentence you will be disappointed.

Also ideally their first time with one another would not be their first times in general. I think Gregory’s had a girlfriend or two that he got that serious with and Christophe has had various hook-ups and fwbs over the years.

I think a gregstophe first time would have to be a heat of the moment thing. What that moment is can honestly vary wildly to me— whether they’re fighting about something stupid and that’s the only way they can think to escalate (or at least shift) the situation or there’s an overwhelming relief/happiness after surviving dangerous shit and they can’t express how they feel in words so they have to switch to action instead. They really can’t just go slow and sweet the first time around because there’s so much build up to that moment. There must be momentum and it must be an explosion.

There’s something amusing (fascinating? intriguing? something along those lines) to me about the fact that the only abo fics starring gregstophe are both also set in the SOT universe. Admittedly I’ve only really looked on ao3 and ffn but those are the two main fic websites. Rarepair they may be, but I still can’t believe no one has explored them in a regular abo world.
