Freshman year has come to an end! All of the dorm-mates passed their final exams with flying colors, adding to their pool of scholarship money.

Aisling and Farina officially became best friends, and Daisy celebrated her A+ grades by buying a guitar!

Freshman year was coming to a close and final exams were coming up soon. Daisy decided that she wanted to throw an end-of-year sports party, and invited Barbi Dylan, Anisha Pasi, as well as the Neilson twins, Diamond and Onyx.

Daisy had initially thought that Onyx might try to find Farina--but the two avoided each other as Farina spent time with Barbi, Anisha, and Diamond. Had the two fallen out? Daisy tried to remember when the last time Farina had mentioned Onyx, and realized that it had been months. Perhaps whatever moment they had seemed to have at the beginning of the year had faded away. She found herself, surprisingly, becoming more interested in Onyx and was actually brave enough to invite him back to her room, where they shared their first kiss. Unfortunately the party ended before Daisy and Onyx could take it any further--but she was decided that Onyx was going to be her next conquest. She didn't want a longterm relationship with him--and knew that he wouldn't want that either. She couldn't wait to see him again! She confided in everything that happened to her best friend, Brianne Anderson, at the end of the night.

Freshman year was quickly coming to an end.

Aisling, Greg, Brianne, Farina, and Daisy had all become closer friends and often competed in dorm-wide SSX3 competitions (Brianne wins most frequently; adding money to her account).

Farina, Daisy, and Barbi had all become friends.

Brianne and Daisy discovered their hobbies in music, while Greg and Farina discovered their hobbies in science. Aisling discovered her hobby in tinkering.

And best of all, Greg and Aisling finally admitted their love for each other and began officially dating!

Freshmen year kept going for Aisling, Greg, Brianne, Farina, and Daisy.

Farina, Daisy, Barbi, and Anisha became closer friends while Aisling and Greg spent more of their free time together.

Brianne was now spending her time perfecting her SSX3 gaming skills so that she could win money from competitions to help supplement her income from scholarships. She is a Fortune Sim and loves being able to make money even while she is still in school!

Greg and Brianne were also becoming closer friends; spending time studying and working out together, while Farina, Daisy, and Aisling decided to get closer to a few new students that Daisy had met in class, as they were all psych majors: Anisha Pasi and Barbi Dylan.

Anisha and Barbi came over and Farina found herself becoming closer to Barbi, as Aisling and Daisy became friends with Anisha.

Aisling and Greg had a great first date and they ended the night with a sweet kiss before going back to the dorms. Greg still hadn't worked up the nerve to ask Aisling to be his official girlfriend--but he resolved to do it soon. The two went back to the dorms to skillbuild and study with their friends, before dancing in the dorm dining hall together!

Aisling and Greg, though childhood sweethearts, had been acting more like friends when they first entered college. They didn't want to hold each other back from growing--but they also couldn't deny that they felt deeply connected. As freshman year continued, Greg finally decided that enough was enough, and asked Aisling on their first official date.

Meet Ivy and Mia Jacob, a mother and daughter duo who had just moved into Desiderata Valley! Ivy was escaping her past and hoping to raise Mia in a safe environment in a new neighborhood. She didn't have any skills or money, but was hoping to do her best and send Mia to college so that she could fulfill her dreams.

Ivy is an Aquarius and a Family Sim, with the LTW of reaching her Golden Anniversary.

Mia is a Pisces and a Knowledge Sim, with the LTW of reaching the top of the Gaming career.

Meet James Spring, the newest inhabitant of Desiderata Valley!

James is a Capricorn and a Family Sim, with the LTW to have 6 grand-children.

James moved in next door to Marina Noble and Kaylynn Spitzig and after meeting Kaylynn, wasted no time in realizing that he had met the love of his life.

The two spent the entire day together, and James proposed to Kaylynn by the end of the evening! Their romance was whirlwind but it felt like they had met their match--they felt incredibly in sync and as if they had been made for each other. They were so excited to begin their lives together!

Tai couldn't stand looking at the heartbroken look in Marina's eyes as she confessed to him her fear that she would never find any Sim to love and be loved by. Would she miss out on her chance to reach her Golden Anniversary with the Sim of her dreams?

Tai knew that a relationship would complicate his life, which should currently be focused on trying to work as hard as possible so that he could put his son through college? Nevertheless, he couldn't let Marina think that she was unloved--he knew the truth about his feelings.

He hugged her tightly, and with that embrace they both knew--they had fallen in love.

The night progressed quickly as Tai went back to Marina's apartment--only to emerge from it a few hours later to return to his own apartment, hoping that no one in his household had missed him. Marina was surprised at his sudden departure but knew that he had family duties, and she couldn't expect to keep him all of the time. But soon she hoped, they would be able to be together always.

The next day, Marina went back to life as usual, spending time with her friends and neighbors. But she was beginning to despair of ever fulfilling her true desires in life--falling in love and reaching her Golden Anniversary.

Later that day when she visited Tai, she told him about her fears, and she saw a resolution break in his eyes as he asked her to meet him outside his family apartment.

She couldn't remember how he had gotten into her apartment, but before she knew it, Phil Jatmakusol had followed Marina into a small room in the middle of her apartment. She had reacted instinctively by escaping and locking the door behind her--locking Phil into an empty room.

The walls were somehow soundproof, and Phil was quieter than most--at least initially. Could she really be blamed for forgetting about him? Forgetting his presence long enough that he began starving and passing out--only for a mysterious fire to start from a mysterious oven in the previously room and to engulf him in flames?

Marina apologized to the firefighters for the commotion--they hadn't realized that there was something else hidden in the ashes. She glanced dispassionately at his urn before banishing him to Gothier Green Lawns and fulfilling one of her secret wants--to see Phil Jatmakusol's ghost. No one else would know, but she would remember, that she was no Sim to cross.

The next day and evening, Marina acted as normal as possible as she could amongst her friends. She invited Tai and Margot over to hang out with her and Kaylynn, while continuing to make dinner and spend time with Kaylynn as per usual.

She had enacted a plan to end her feud with Phil Jatmakusol, and she knew that the only person who would be able to betray her was Kaylynn--so she decided to tell her the truth.

Marina Noble knew that something was going to happen between her and Phil Jatmakusol. They engaged in multiple physical fights and Marina decided that she needed to see his ghost. She was done with his games and disrespect.

Lin and Nate were doing great in school! They both got A+ grades and Nate became an overachiever by reaching the top of the Culinary career track. He had discovered that his interest was Cuisine and wondered if he would end up in the Culinary career track or stick with his original plan of entering the Architecture career. He hoped that the work that he was putting in now would help him get into Private School!

Somehow, though Marina had been minding her own business and spending time with her roommate, Kaylynn, and her friend Tai Hyden, she had become enemies with Phil Jatmakusol. She didn't know what was going to happen next, but she knew she needed to be prepared for anything!
