You open up Faithbook and see a new post...

ONE thing I am GRATEFUL for is how CLOSE Abi is now!!!!!!! I used to have to CALL HER if I wanted her at my BIRTHS, but NOW I can just SCREAM!!!!!!!!

Thanks to her GODLY presence, little Hibiscus came into this world with NO trouble!!!!!! Praise the Lord!!!!!!

While Aubrey does chores, Begonia teaches Forsythia dancing.

Aubrieta calls her friend. "Hi, Christina! Do you wanna come over? We can-"

"I'm not allowed, sorry."

"Huh?"

"My father says he doesn't want me to come to your house anymore. He says your whole family is rotten and bad and evil because you're letting my mother live with you."

"Nuh uh! I never said I was ok with that! Your dad's a stupid liar!"

"I'm sorry!" Christina S. weeps. "But he's my father, I can't go against him! I'm sorry!"

"Can I still see you at church?!"

"I- I don't know, I can ask-"

"Don't ask! Just do. If he takes you to church then we can still play together with Miss Dunlap."

"...Okay. I'll see you then."

"What's going on, girls?"

"We're dancing!" Begonia says. "We're having a dance recital and we gotta practice!"

"Chri... Your mom didn't mention." Abigail smiles awkwardly.

"She doesn't know." Aubrieta shrugs. "She never asked. But Daddy said I could, and he has more authority than her."

"Hey." Begonia tugs on Abigail's sleeve. "Are you really getting a divorce?"

"Yes." Abigail's eyes dart to the front door. Jeb's at work, but she still feels uneasy.

"That's bad!" Aubrieta says. "Christina- em, our friend... your daughter's really really upset, you know! She's so sad that her mommy's gonna burn in Hell forever and forever!"

Abigail doesn't know how to respond to that.

"Why are you getting a divorce?" Begonia asks.

"Hey, girls, I need to go feed your sister. Let's talk later." Abigail backs off, then turns and rushes to the girl's bedroom.

Aubrieta scoffs. "Adults never wanna talk to us. When I grow up, I'm never ever gonna ignore my kids."

"Mommy says the Devil's in her. Do you think that's true?"

Aubrieta nods. "No Watcherly girl would act like that. She needs to be exorcised."

"How are we gonna do that?"

"We?" Aubrieta wrinkles her nose. "We have a recital to rehearse for. The adults can handle her."

"Oh. Ok." Begonia's heart tugs her towards helping Abigail, and she decides to talk to Chrys about it later.

FAMILY is the BIGGEST advantage to being QUIVERFUL, but there are OTHER advantages!!!!! BECAUSE we plan for MANY children, we have enough space to ADD an extra bed for DOWN-ON-HER-LUCK, MISGUIDED friends!!!!!!

ABIGAIL may be gripped by SATAN, but her TRUE, GODLY self still SHINES through!!!! She's SUCH a big HELP around the house!!!!! TRULY Godless women would be LAZY DO-NOTHINGS, so this PROVES that Abigail can still be SAVED!!!!!!!

At home, Christina approaches Jeb cautiously. "Hi, honeybee! Good news!"

Jeb doesn't look behind him. He grunts as acknowledgement he heard her.

"You know how super very important Abi is to me, and how God wants us to love thy neighbor, and be charitable, and-"

"So what? You're finally leaving me for her?!"

Jeb stands in anger.

"No!" Christina gasps. "I would never, ever! I'm letting her stay on our couch!"

"Without asking me?!" Jeb barks. "It's my couch! You don't have the right to invite some Godless lesbian to come in and ruin our family-"

"She'll pay!" Christina says quickly.

"What?" Abigail looks at Christina in a panic.

"You'll do some odd jobs and bring in money, won't you?" Christina urges.

Abigail thinks about calling Adelaide instead. But she looked at Christina and said "Yes. I will."

The house was more expensive than Jeb had anticipated, and his job barely covered the bills. Even if he wasn't already a Fortune Sim, they needed money. "...Fine." Jeb huffs. "You can stay."

"But!" He approaches Abigail. "If you even think of trying to steal my wife, or teaching my girls to sin, you're gone. Got that?"

Abigail nods. "I understand, Jeb. I won't be a bother."

"You're on thin ice, girl. I'll be watching you."

After a fight in the courthouse, Archie takes his car and drives off, leaving the women alone. Christina follows Abigail to a bench outside. "That might have been terrible, but you know what isn't? I posted about this on Faithbook, and many women-"

"You what?!"

"I-" Christina falters.

"You need help, Abi," she says gently, "so I reached out to the community! Your friends want to help you!"

"Be honest. What did they really say? Online? About me?" Abigail's voice shakes.

"Ignore the haters! Not everyone can have God's unconditional love in their hearts! Kimi still likes you!"

"...and Jessica?"

"Who needs her?! She showed her true colors, so good riddance! Kimi and I are here for you, to guide you where you're meant to be - at home, with your family!"

"No."

"There's that Satan again!" Christina says tensely. "Please, Abi, you used to be so smart! Just think! You're throwing everything away! You'll lose your husband, your house, your family, your church-"

"My church?"

"...People on Faithbook were very mean," Christina confessed.

"Maybe you shouldn't have aired my dirty laundry to everyone."

"I'm sorry. But they were going to find out anyways! Better to hear it from me than Archie! You know he's going to spin this all the wrong way!"

"Yeah. Ok." Abigail sighs deeply. "Just go home, Christina."

"Huh?"

"It's been a long day, and I just can't deal with you right now. Go home. Isn't that where you keep telling me women belong? At home, with the husband and kids?"

"Yes, but you're more important than them! My kids can be alone for a few hours so I can save your soul!"

"I've made up my mind. Go home."

"Where will you go? I don't want you going back to that horrible husband of yours alone! Let me be there!"

"I'm going to stay with my sister Adelaide for a while. I'll be fine."

"Adelaide?! She lives all the way in Del Sin Valley! You can't go there! You just can't!" Christina begs.

"Where else can I go? Like you said, I can't go back to Archie right now."

Christina grips Abigail. "Come to my house! Please! We'll find room for you!"

"No, I can't impose-"

"You're not! Please! If you left, I don't know what I would do! Think of your children! Don't you want to be nearby to see them?!"

"Well, yes-"

"And you don't even like Adelaide! Please, Abi, say you'll move in with me!"

"I... Ok. But if I'm a burden, I can move out and see my sister."

"Deal!"

"Guess what, Halle! My dad said we can have the recital!"

"Yay! Now we don't need to ask your mom!"

"Yeah! And guess what!"

"What?!"

"My dad called my mom and my mom said she went to the courthouse because Christina's parents are getting divorced!"

"Really?!"

"Yeah! Do you think she knows?!"

"She didn't say anything... We should ask her."

Aubrey stands. "Yeah!"

Halle reaches out and grabs Aubrey's arm. "Away from everyone else. We don't wanna embarrass her."

"Oh. Yeah!" Aubrey nods.

It didn't go well.

"Don't worry!" Aubrey says, hugging her. "My mom's trying real hard to stop it, ok?"

"I don't want my mom to burn in Hell!" Christina wails.

"We'll pray really hard for her, ok?" Halle offers.

"Ok..." Christina sniffs.

"Mooom, can I- Mom?"

"Mom?"

"Mom?"

"Mom?"

"Where's mom?"

Jeb glances at her, but Chrys answers. "Garden?"

"Checked there."

"With the babies?"

"Checked there."

"Where haven't you looked?"

"I looked everywhere! Outside, dining room, my room, her room, laundry room, prayer shed, everywhere!"

"Is the car gone?" Jeb asks.

"Yeah."

Jeb stops typing, saves his work, then stands. "She went somewhere. I'll call her."

"Where are you?"

A long pause follows. Jeb looks more and more tired with each passing second. Aubrey can just barely hear a rambling buzz from the phone. Eventually, Jeb speaks. "So you're with Abigail? No- the courthouse? Why-"

The room's quiet enough that Aubrey can make out Christina's wailing answer. "SHE'S GETTING DIVORCED!"

"So you ditched the kids?! No- I know- You never told me to- They're outside! How are they gonna look after their sib- I know- No- No, it is your problem! They're your kids! I know- I'm not saying- You know what? Fine! Whatever! Let the kids watch themselves! ...Oh, oh sure! Sure, yeah, let Jesus babysit! Fine! Fine! Just come home in time for dinner at least! ...Maybe I will! Yeah, sure, I'll order zoomers and let some church whore feed me again! Fine! Goodbye!"

Jeb looks at Aubrey. "Your mom's busy right now."

Aubrey stares at him awkwardly. "...Can I throw a dance recital in the backyard?"

"Do whatever the fuck you want, kid. Just don't kill yourself."

"Yay! Thanks, dad! You're the best!"

Jeb was home, so Christina took the family car and sped to her destination.

"Abigail!"

Christina still had the key Abigail gave her. She lets herself in, screaming and running. "Abigail! Abigail!"

Abigail isn't in the living room, but her husband is. When Archie sees Christina, he barks at the children to go upstairs so he and their "visitor" can have "an adult discussion". The growl in his voice makes the kids scamper before Christina has a chance to leave.

"You!" He spits at her. "You're the reason she's done this!"

"No, I-" Christina stammers.

"You're damn lucky you're a woman, otherwise I'd kill you where you stand! Now get out before I make an exception!"

"But- Abigail-"

"She's not here! Go away!"

Christina doesn't want to believe she's too late. She runs through the house. "Abigail! Abigail!"

"You think I'd be standing here if she was home?!" Archie snaps. "She took our car and-"

"The car! Yes!" Christina rushes to the front door. "I'll save your marriage, Archie! Not for you - I hate you - but for her soul! I'm coming, Abigail!"

"I'm coming with you." Archie follows her out.

"What?!"

"You think I don't wanna talk to her?!"

Christina runs to the car. She doesn't think to lock the car doors, and as she's buckling up Archie gets in the passenger seat. As much as she wants him out, she wants to reach Abigail more, so she sighs and starts the car.

"Hi Abi!"

"Christina! Have you- I mean, are you-"

"I'm calling to see if you want to get the kids together! Because, as you know, God only recognizes the marriage of a man and a woman! And now that my Chrys is a big boy, maybe we can introduce him to your oldest two girls!"

"...Really? You can't be serious."

"The earlier the better! If we wait for them to be teenagers, they might give their hearts to other people! They're even more likely to stay pure if they're already promised!"

"Just stop, Christina. I'm not doing this. I can't pretend nothing happened."

"Sure you can, it's easy! If we act normal, our hearts will catch up!"

"I don't want to be normal. I'm done. I'm not happy this way."

"The only cure is to act happy! What else can you do?"

"Get a divorce."

"You're joking. You gotta be. Divorce isn't real."

"Isn't real?! What-"

"Not to God. Yes, I know you can get a human judge to sign a fancy paper but your spirit is bound to your husband forever!"

"Well, I'm un-binding it. He never talks to me or the kids. I think he's done, too."

"You're making a sinful mistake! God won't forgive you for this!"

"He's already mad at me for being in love with you. What does it matter?"

"It matters a whole lot! Abigail!"

The line goes dead.

"Abigail!"

"Hey, Halle?"

"Hmm?"

"You know what I wanna do? I wanna have a dance recital."

"Like at church?"

"No, Miss Dunlap already said I couldn't. But we can do it here in my backyard! We'll invite our parents and everybody at church!"

"Your mom said you could?"

Aubrey pouts. "I never get to talk to her 'bout anything. I tried asking and she's always too busy in the garden or locking up my siblings or on the computer and it sucks."

"What was that middle part?" Halle looks at her with big eyes.

"When we're bad we have to go to the prayer shed and pray for forgiveness." Aubrey points.

"Oh! Ok. I thought she was doing something bad." Halle thinks for a second. "If you can't ask your mom, I'll ask my mom, and if she says no then we'll ask the other dancers if they can ask their moms."

"I don't have other dancers yet. Christina said my type of dancing was 'immodest' because my ankles show. She sounded just like my mom," Aubrey whines.

"Curse of Christina!" Halle giggles.

Mary pipes up from the back. "Can I be a dancer?"

Aubrey and Halle look at each other, then nod.

"Ok. Go ask Bibi and Lori if they wanna dance, too," Aubrey said.

"Ok! Yay!" Mary runs off.

"Whatcha two talking 'bout?"

"We're gonna stop the monster under the bed by shoving so much stuff under the bed that it won't fit anymore!"

"Because Aubrey said that mommy didn't wanna help us," Begonia adds.

"She didn't. She said to pray about it. I know God helps us a whole lot, so we're gonna make it easy on Him and solve this ourselves!"

Chrys nods. "Can I help?"

"Ok! Let's all go look for things to shove under our bed."

TODAY is a PERFECT EXAMPLE of why VIGILANCE MATERS!!!! As an ATTENTIVE mama, I NOTICED when my POOR LITTLE BABY started SCREAMING!!!!!! So I RAN IN....

...and SAW my ROUGH LITTLE BOY daring to BITE HER!!!!!!

MY POOR BABY CRIED, then SHE bit HIM!!!!! Which PROVES how SUSCEPTIBLE us GIRLS are - she SAW her BROTHER do it, so SHE did it!!!!! If HE didn't START it, she would NOT have BITTEN him!!!! Girls just aren't VICIOUS enough!!!!!!

So I put HIM in the shed FIRST...

...THEN her!!!!!! HE needs to LEARN to not START violence, and SHE must learn to not FOLLOW violence!!!!!

THEN I realized WHY he was acting SO UNWATCHERLY - his SINFUL HAIRDO!!!!!!! My poor BOY looked like a GIRL, and no DOUBT it opened the GATE for SATAN to attack him with GENDER CONFUSION!!!!! He must have LASHED OUT from the EVIL FORCES working on his HEART!!!!!!

So I FIXED it!!!!! He was SCREAMING and CRYING the whole time, but THAT is how EXORCISM works!!!! I'm POSITIVE he'll be MUCH nicer now!!!!!!!

As a WOMAN, of course I focus on my DAUGHTERS, but don't think I don't LOVE my sons too!!!!

Chrys is SO SMART, and such a WONDERFUL big brother!!!! Jeb is teaching him ALL about the BIBLE and also STOCKS!!!! It all flies over MY delicate feminine brain, but to CHRYS it makes perfect sense!!!!

Lion, of COURSE, is still my SUNSHINE BABY!!!! He's so CUTE and BUBBLY, it's IMPOSSIBLE to NOT love him!!!!!!!
