Obviously the Warriors weren’t very trusting of you, though you seemed only a few years older than them.

To clear up their confusion, you revealed you’re the “Ultimate Middle School Level Babysitter” from Hope’s Peak Middle School.

Monaca took great interest in your talent, remarking none of her friends had babysitters before--so they didn't know how different they’d be from their parents.

You offer to demonstrate your talent and she, fortunately, allows it.

Since you’re not exactly a child, they still throw you into the Demon Hunting game, but they allow you to come back to their base at anytime.

Of course..you’ll have to return with snacks and whatever else they demand.

But you were just grateful the Monokuma Units didn’t attack you...even though you felt their looming stares when you walked in/out of a shop.

Once they opened up to you, it's revealed the Warriors are only scared and angry children who were hurt in the past. You didn’t think it justified slaughtering every last adult and forcing older teens into a killing game, but you kept your mouth shut about that.

Instead you focused on helping them out. Since you babysat “problematic” children in the past, you knew how to help each one.

With Masaru, you saw him trying to hurt himself again and you intervened to calm him down, despite him yelling at you and threatening to detonate your bracelet. 

But that was only an empty threat as he ended up crying into your shoulder after you tended to his bruises and cuts.

With Jataro, you’d watch him work on art projects (and even participate at his insistence). You praise them all--even the gruesome “dioramas”--and he’s kinda shocked you aren’t disgusted with him.

You scold the others for being rude to him, shocking him even more.

With Kotoko, you quickly learned to avoid saying “gentle” around her. You’d just brush her hair, listen to her ramblings of adorable things, and get her the nuts she demanded requested exactly as she liked them.

Nagisa didn’t needed much babysitting, considering he was quite mature and responsible, though you’d listen to him vent about the expectations that weighed heavily on him and his concerns about Monaca’s true intentions.

Monaca was usually off on her own, but even you manage to calm her down quickly whenever she has an outburst.

She was quite the enigma, though you learned it’s best not to pry and wait till she wants to tell you things herself.

With you being a much better caretaker than Servant, the Warriors considered killing him, but you convinced them that he can help if you can’t immediately be at the base.

After the incident with the milkshakes, you’ll definitely teach him how to make better ones (though they still complain that you should’ve made them instead).

Warnings: yandere, unhealthy relationships, unhealthy mindsets, unhealthy behavior, PLATONIC RELATIONSHIPS, monaca is her own warning tbh, spoilers for udg, their trauma specifically

Towa Monaca

She’d really enjoy a darling like this because she feels like they’d be easier to manipulate, and she’s extremely manipulative. Monaca desperately wants her darling to only care for her, even if it’s against their own will. This is mainly due to her just wanting every single bit of their attention, but Monaca literally posed as a little girl with a disability, so I don’t think there’s nothing she’s not willing to do in order to get what she wants. She’s a twisted girl, but it’s easy to overlook that when she’s acting so sweet and pitiful. It’s easy to look after her, too.

Shingetsu Nagisa

His parents, like most of the Warriors, were absolutely terrible to him, so Nagisa isn’t sure what he’s supposed to do when faced with a darling like this. Someone who naturally wants to take care of him? Impossible! Nagisa is very distrustful at first, he doesn’t believe that his darling has innocent intentions when they approach him so sweetly, but they inevitably get under his skin. Once he finally gets used to how they act towards him, I think he’d become very... dependent on them and their care, which is kind of expected, considering gear he’s been through.

Utsugi Kotoko

She absolutely loves this. Kotoko thrives off of the positive attention she gets from her darling. It might’ve taken a while for her to actually trust them, but much like Nagisa, Kotoko would become quite dependent on her darling. Her sanity relies on their affection, literally, so it’s hard to get any personal space after she becomes attached. She’s extremely clingy towards her darling, and very much considers them her lifeline. Leaving Kotoko alone for too long may start one of her breakdowns, and it never ends well for her darling. The guilt of seeing her like that is absolutely crushing.

Kemuri Jataro

The most distrustful next to Nagisa, honestly. He’s been told terrible things about himself all his life - quite literally - so when Jataro finally finds someone who treats him fairly, he finds himself more confused than anything else. They’re just so... nice! He frankly, at first, doesn’t believe that they’re sincere. Jataro, however, after being taken care of by his darling for awhile, realizes that they’re not approaching him with malicious intent, so I feel like while he would never completely relax around them, he’d become very clingy in the meantime. Just wants their attention, honestly.

Daimon Masaru

This kid thrives off of this caring kind of darling, the platonic love he feels for them can be extremely overwhelming, and I feel like he’d attach himself to them like a leech of some kind. Masaru is just kind of tired of being mistreated - much like all of the warriors - so when someone comes along that treats him kindly, he’s completely obsessed with protecting them, even if he’s not really in the position to do so. Masaru will become an extremely protective yandere, and if he senses something might go to hurt his darling, he’ll whine until they’re away from danger. He’s like a little, demented knight!

You and Epic!Anon's ideas for the Twst Epic AU has absolutely INFESTED my mind and I love it!!! It got me to listen to the musical (I put it off because I was worried I would get obsessed with it and you'll never guess what happened once I listened to it 💀) and it's been SUCH a delight!
