No literally, like I don't need to see "your chub" "extra fat" "curves" in every next sentence. If the person your writing for is constantly talking about the s/os weight and body it is fetishized at this point, and not all fat people have curves like they're writing for a thick person who still has a small waist not a chubby person. And not to mention the added in junk food eating a fat person can also eat healthy like my god there is so many issues with these fics

Hey fanfic writers who write for bigger characters, I gotta mention just a couple of things

You don't have to mention how fat the character is every paragraph. I'm fine with you making it clear they're fat, but when you bring it up in the narration too often, it starts to feel really fetishizing. Do you do that with straight sized people??? No, cause that would be weird!!!! So, don't do it with fat people!!!

Also, if you write a fat character being insecure about their body, when that doesn't exist at all in canon, it's a trait you added in, especially if they are canonically really confident in their body, then I'm gonna assume that you assume every fat person is insecure about their body, which is uhhhh pretty fatphobic. Maybe ask yourself why you assume they would be, if that was never shown canonically??? Especially if the opposite is shown!!!!
